"Oh god," Celestia looked from the seen.
Harmony was laying life less on the leafy ground. Trees where towering above her to make a crying shadow to cover the sorrowful body.
Luna couldn't look from the seen. She stared wide eyed. Tears again, slowly filling her eyes then running down her face.
Just three sisters. One spot. Two with tears.
One, no breath.
The two elder sisters sat in silence as time pasted. They sat mourning the loss of the child.
No happening was so great, and mourningful. A time of great sorrow from all of the kingdom.
Yet, they sat, listening to the wind sweep by. Not a single word spoken from either. Just the tears trying to make their way to the life less sister.
The leaves rustled, the wind blew. Getting softer as it realized the world had lost a great alicorn.
Trees slowed their sways and a single leaf fell from a tree above them all. An old tree whom was dying too. The loss of the child was too much for the old tree.
The regret of not catching the child filled Luna up with heartache and regret. Celestia felt that grief would put the land into a deep depression. She did not know what to do though. For her own grief was playing tricks in her mind.
Finally a sister spoke, "Come along Luna. We shall return with the guards to help us carry her home."
"One last time. I wish I had a second chance with you sister." Luna whispered leaving the seen with her elder sister, looking back only once.
They did return with a few guards and a carriage for carrying Harmony.
Luna eyes sparkled as a flood of tears, but no noise, escaped her lids.
She whimpered as she saw the limpy body be picked up and then set onto the back seat of the carriage.
Celestia grabbed her sister in for an emotional hug.
The carriage flew off with teary eyed guards.
The two lasting sisters sat together. Crying over everything. The world had just ended for them. Equestria needed them still though. The said there sorrows to the wind, hoping it would take their message to the filly.
Then they left the seen teary eyed and heart broken.
