Pretty Little Liar One Shot

Your girlfriend completely perplexed you, which was a rare occurrence when she hadn't actually said a word yet. Regularly Spencer confused you when she spoke to you about anything school related as somehow it always ended up focused more on a college curriculum, however it was a first for her to lose you before she had even spoken to you.

"Spence you are ready for this exam, you've been ready for this bloody exam since you were in a nappy. You don't need to stress out about this as you are going to smash it. Even I am probably going to do okay at it, or at least not fail," you shrugged the last part.

It always made you become dubious of the relationship when you considered your intellect. You were of an average intelligence, but compared to Spencer you seemed as though you couldn't even tie your shoelaces.

She let out an exasperated sigh as she dropped her textbook onto the bed in front of her, dropping her head into her hands.

"This might as well be on Mongolian Death Worms for as much as I know about the topic," she exclaimed collapsing into her pillows behind her, pushing several sheets of her paperwork onto the floor next to the bed.

Spencer removed her glasses and dropped them onto her nightstand rubbing her eyes, letting a groan of annoyance out.

"I actually know a lot about Mongolian Death Worms. Can the exam be on those instead? Murder by electric discharge, how cool is that?" You grinned.

"It'd be cooler if they were real," she frowned.

"There's no reason to suggest their not real."

You shuffled so that you were next to her and able to wrap your arms around her in a supportive manner.

"You are a very peculiar woman," she said softly resting her head on your shoulder, falling happily into your embrace.

"Hence why I love the Mongolian Death Worm, oh and of course why I love you as you are equally as peculiar in your own little ways," you chuckled kissing her forehead.

She snuggled closer to you, but gingerly reached out for her textbook again but you slapped her hand, pushing it away from her.

"No more studying Hastings. You know the whole syllabus forward and back and you could pass the whole thing whilst asleep. I don't know why you stress out about this stuff as you obviously are the smartest student in our whole school, so please stop worrying as you are going to pass. And I love you more than anything," you smiled.

She lifted her head slightly enough to press her lips to yours.

"I love you too."
