IMAGINE: KC is in the park having fun with her niece while her sister had to go on some job interviews. KC's niece wants to play on the slide so KC goes down there but when they get there KC sees her boss's son Johnny in the bushes crying. KC walks over to him and sees that Johnny has a bump on the back of his head. "Want daddy" he said wiping the tears away.
"Johnny where's Melissa your nanny". "She mean"Johnny replied. "She hurt you Johnny". He said nothing. "You know what Johnny I'm going to take you to a doctor just to make sure your head is all right and we're going to talk to your daddy about Melissa" KC remarked. At The Luxor Melissa is explaining to Criss that someone took Johnny while she turned her head for a second. Criss is about to call the police when his phone rang. "Hello" he said frazzled. "Christopher it's KC-".
"KC I can't talk I have to call the police Johnny's missing". "Criss before you call in every cop from here to Ohio I have Johnny we're at my niece's doctor's office having him looked at"she replied. She turned her head to see her niece and Johnny playing with blocks in the waiting room. "Is he all right?"he asked taking a breath.
"He hit the back of his head I guess going down the slide at the park. Criss the doctor notices some bruises not from Johnny's cancer I think Melissa has been hurting Johnny and he said that she's mean"KC replied. "Thanks KC I'll have a long talk with her. Do you mind bringing Johnny to Serenity for me"he asked looking at Melissa. "Sure" and hung up. At the house while KC waited for Criss both of the kids fell asleep on the couch so KC put a blanket on them.
When Criss came in KC took him outside to talk. "Sorry about that I didn't want to wake them". "Good point look thanks for giving me the heads up on Melissa Johnny was right she was a mean lady I had her arrested for assault on Johnny". "I think you may need to get new people to do back ground checks on people after this" KC suggested. "Shaunyl hired her so this one on her but how's Johnny is he OK". "The doctor said he's fine got a thick head like his father and he's three inches taller than yesterday".
"The kid's going to be as tall as me before he hits the double digits" Criss stated snickering. "I should take my niece home before my sister wonders where we are". "Are you going to have your niece tomorrow" Criss inquired. "Maybe why?". "I took the day off to spend some time with Johnny so I was thinking maybe your niece and Johnny could have a play date together" Criss suggested. "I'll talk to my sister and I'll get back to you Criss". They go back inside and they start to giggle as Johnny decided to cuddle up next to KC's niece during nap time.
