"Travis! Listen. I don't like you. Give up already. You're starting to get on my nerves!" Katelyn sassed.

Her words stung, I'd loved her for years and I never wanted to give up... But it looked as if I was never gonna win her heart. "Fine katelyn. I'll give up if that'll make you happy. Bye." I made my way out of the restaurant, I needed to go home take a shower get my mind off things – off her.

As I pulled my car into the drive way I noticed a moving a truck next door, then I seen a girl walk inside with violet hair. "Woah.." The hair was... Beautiful...

I shook my head and made my way inside of the house, I lived with my friend Dante, but it was almost as if I didn't. He spent most of his time elsewhere. Laurance had a job and couldn't come over, meanwhile Garroth and Zane were always job hunting. And now katelyn wouldn't be in my life much anymore either. It was a sad feeling realising how alone I was.

The doorbell rang – probable for the first time since we moved here. I sighed standing up and opening the door. I instantly recognised the bright purple hair.

"Hey. I'm Mythera Winters your new neighbour." She gave the brightest smile, her pale skin accompanied with bright pink cheeks. She had blue-grey eyes almost like a ocean-actually that'd be a good pickup line for her 'are your eyes the ocean 'cause I swear I'm lost at sea'

I laughed to myself before giving her a smile "The names Travis, Travis Valkrum."

She laughed a bit "it's nice to meet you, Travis." She looked to her left as someone called her name. "YEAH! BRENDAN IM COMING!" She sighed.

Brendan? Let me guess, she has a boyfriend.

"Sorry my brother is helping me move in. It's my first time moving anywhere away from my family..." She gave a weary laugh "Anyways, see your around Travis."

"You too, Winters." I gave a smirk.

She gave me one her beautiful smiles and ran off towards her brother.

"Woah.." I shut the door. She was beautiful, the way her hair so effortlessly fell into place, her eyes... I was lost in them.. Her lips looked so soft, her pale soft skin and rosy cheeks... She looked like a delicate flower – although I'm sure she'd get mad at me if I told her that.

Mythera's POV:

"It's nice to meet you Travis." I heard Brendan call me over. "Grr.." I sighed and looked over "YEAH BRENDAN IM COMING!" I shouted towards Travis, when I did he looked like he was lost in thought. "Sorry my brother is helping me move in. It's my first time moving anywhere away from home..." I gave a wear laugh. "Anyways. See you around Travis."

"You too, winters." He smirked, I don't think I noticed before but he was quite.. Handsome. He had sharp green eyes and a shaped jaw that only some men could pull off–and let me tell you he did it well. He had very bright white unusual hair–but then again what can I say? I have purple hair. His hair was slightly pulled back but fell onto his face in some places.

I smiled before dashing away towards my brother.

"You can meet the neighbours later right now I need your help." He snapped a bit annoyed with me.

"Sorry Brendan..." I mumbled under my breath.

After we finally have everything I nearly pushed Brendan out, I was happy to finally have a place of my own–WITHOUT Brendan.

When I got him to leave I sighed and plopped into my seat, my phone staring ringing I picked it up to see the caller ID 'THE GIRL WITH THE BROWN HAIR AND FACE' Alexis. I pressed answer and put my phone to my ear "Ello."
