Just another boring Saturday - not. The maid cafe was having some sort of party thing, and I didn't have to work. I got to enjoy the full of the party.

I settled on wearing my normal jeans and a sweatshirt, the cold October air stopped me from anything else.

Once I was at the cafe it was already full, lots of sweets and a band. It was a celebration of the first month of the cafe.

I took a seat at some random table and sighed – so maybe it was a bit boring.

I stared at the table for around 30 minutes until someone sat in front of me.

"Hey..." I trailed my eyes up "Fredrick?" My jaw dropped, Fredrick was one of my friends from high school i lost contact with.

"Hey Mythera." He laughed a bit.

"It's been so long!" I wrapped my arms around him.

We talked for a solid 30 minutes, I thought Travis was gonna come bother me. But I wasn't even sure if he was there.

"Yeah..." I trailed my eyes up glancing around.

I seen Travis and katelyn talking, it shouldn't of bothered me but it did... I almost felt jealous. And I shouldn't of.

I gulped and looked away back towards Fredrick.

"You alright myth?"

"Yeah..." I stood up "I need to go... Get food and stuff..." I walked away and Aphmau seen me and instantly smiled.

"Mythera! We need your help serving food!" She pulled my hand to the bathroom and handed me my uniform "CHANGE!"

My day off... So much for that. I quickly changed then ran towards Aphmau "what do you want me to do?"

"Orders are in the kitchen take ten to their tables." She smiled.

"Got it!" I ran towards the kitchen and picked up a tray "table 5.."

I glanced around and realised table 5 was Travis and katelyn a table. I walked towards them and placed the food down.

"I thought you didn't work today." Travis asked curiously.

"Change of plans...." I looked away, why was I so jealous? He was talking to another girl. It's not like he was fucking her! Or even kissing her.

After all the orders were delivered I took a seat at a open table.

"You alright thy?"

I looked up and seen gene. "Yeah I'm fine." I grinned.

"You don't look fine." He sat in front of me.

"I mean in my opinion I look pretty damn fine." I smirked.

"Oh yeah the finest." He smiled.

"Myth, why'd you disap-" I turned my head to Fredrick.

"Sorry Fredrick... I called to work last minute because it was so busy.. I'm taking my break right now." I laughed nervously.

"You work here...?"

"Yep." I laughed.

"Alright..." He glanced and gene before leaving.

"Who was that." Gene seemed curious.

"The love of my life." I wigged my eyebrows.

"You have a boyfriend?"

"No. He's my friend from high school."

"Oh." Gene nodded. "What the..." His eyes trailed behind me.

"What?" I went to turn around and was stopped by gene.

"Nothing just keep looking this way..."

"What's going on behind me gene?" I asked a bit annoyed.

"Gene?" I snapped and he looked at me.

"I can't let you turn around." He sighed.

"Please?" I furrowed my eyebrows.

"You can now." He let go of me.

I turned around and everything was normal "obviously whatever it was stopped or left..." I sighed and looked back at gene "why can't I know?"

"I just don't think it's a good idea." He sighed "for your sake."

"Fine." I stood up "I have work to do" I left towards the kitchen and collected table 7+10's orders walking to each table and delivering their food.

Out of the corner of my eye I seen Travis and katelyn, they were laughing about something, who knows. The was katelyn looked at Travis was the I use to look at Jordan. They were on a date.

I clenched my jaw and squeezes the side of a plate causing it to shatter in my hand. I let out a high pitched scream and all eyes were on me, my hand was full of blood and a large gash sat around the palm.

"Shoot!" Gene jumped up and walked to me pulling the shattered pieces away from my hand and wrapping the towel around it.

I glanced towards Travis who was staring at me.

"I think..." I stumbled backwards, blood wasn't my strong point. "I might faint..." I kept stumbling until I hit the wall, in which I slid down and passed out cold. What a perfect Saturday! One of my favorites that's for sure.
