It had been a week since Mythera moved in next door, she was either always away or didn't leave her house. Which made it really hard for me to talk to her. I wanted to just go over there and talk to her–but I didn't know what she'd say. It was a endless cycle of yes and no. I always figured out a reason why I should then why I shouldn't.

Mytheras POV:

I really did want to get to know my new neighbors, but I'm too shy for that.
I sat on my couch watching Netflix and eating Doritos when my doorbell rang.

I groaned and put the Doritos down, walking towards my door. When I opened it Travis stood there. "Hi."

I blinked "oh-uh-hi." I smiled "do you-wanna come in or?"

"Oh sure..." He walked inside.

I sat on my couch picking up the Doritos and eating them again "so what brings you here?" I asked.

"Oh uh-neighbour stuff. You know, making sure you're settling in good..."

"Oh yeah I'm fine..." I smiled and yawned putting the Doritos down. "So uh..." I kinda wanted to make friends with him, but I wasn't quite sure of how to do that. I couldn't just flat out say "I WANNA BE YO FRIEND!" I was too shy for that.

"You know, you seem pretty cool, winters."

"Oh please don't tell me you pun a lot." I looked at him.

"I guess aphmaus starting to rub off on me.." He laughed.

I shook my head and smiles "well anyways, you don't seem to bad yourself, valkrum." I looked towards the tv at my paused movie "wanna join me?"

He nodded "sure."

After that we ate Doritos together and watches like 10–no 20 movies. Hours past and I didn't even realize it.

I closed my eyes, promising myself it'd only be for a second, but before I knew it I was fast asleep.

I woke up to the sound of a rooster- what the?

I opened my eyes, Travis was asleep on the other side of the couch. I smiled at that big jumped up and walked to the door. When I opened it there was Laurance and Garroth with a rooster. "What the hell." I looked at them.

"Oh. Hey Mythera is Travis there? He forgot to feed his rooster."

I blinked "I'll go get him...?" I walked away leaving the door open.

"NO NO BAD ROOSTER!" Garroth yelled.

I turned around and the rooster was in my house "ARE YOU KIDDING ME?" I snapped which woke Travis up.

"What the- WHY IS THERE A ROOSTER?" Travis ran trying to catch it.

"Jesus Christ...." I caught the rooster and pushed it outside for Laurance and Garroth. "Your friends want you." I muttered to Travis before walking up to my room.

Travis' POV:

"Okay boys tell me what the deal with the rooster was?" I looked at Laurance and Garroth a bit annoyed.
