Sirius's POV
We watched as Remus and Arabella walked back up to the Common Room. "What were you doing with her?" James asks as Remus comes in. "I was talking to her. You need to scratch your plans. Leave her alone and give her space," he says, grabbing his stuff and getting ready for bed. "I wonder what she said," I say to James. "Maybe we should listen to him," he tells me, looking serious. "Nah," we both say simultaneously, and crack up. "What are you guys laughing about?" Remus asks. "Nothing," James says and we all say good night. "Night Peter. Night Peter," I say, repeating myself when he doesn't answer. I hear him snore and I smirk, turning off the lights and going to bed.
The next morning, we get up early and go to breakfast, thinking that we will be the first. But Arabella's already there, bandaging her wrists. We head over to her, James putting a paint bomb behind his back. "Don't bother with the paint bomb, I know you are hiding it behind your back, James," she says, pulling her sleeves down and putting the bandages away. I gape and James puts the bomb away. "Please, leave me alone. I don't want trouble," she says, and starts eating her toast. Remus grabs both of our sleeves and pulls us away from her, forcing us to sit. "I said, leave her alone," he said. "Why was she bandaging her wrists?" James asks, raising an eyebrow at Remus. "She trip and sprained her wrists, I offered to take her to the Hospital Wing, but she said she'd take care of it," Remus tells us. I shrug, nodding. "Okay," James says.

Arabella's POV
I headed to my first class, Potions, after Transfiguration. "Hello, first years. Welcome to Potions, I am Professor Slughorn," our slightly portly teacher greeted us. He started to explain that we would start our term by learning ingredients and their uses. I jotted down notes as he talked. Soon he started to pair us up. Then an idea hit me. I put up my hand as he was pairing people. "Yes Ms-," he started. "Minayla. I need some air," I say, grabbing my stuff and walking out. I wasn't going to go back.
Remus's POV
Bella never came back. She wasn't there when we went to Transfiguration. I had to cover and say she was sick. We went to dinner and there she was. She looked fine. Which was weird, seeing as she didn't turn up to a single class. "Are you okay?" I asked, as I walked past. She nodded, her face neutral but triumph dancing like fire in her blue eyes.
I started walking again, when she let out a yelp. I turn to see that Sirius had tugged on her red hair. She turns around, gets up and grabs him by the collar. "Do that again and I'll turn you into stuffing," she said, letting him go an sitting down again. He visibly gulped and kept walking until we were seen seats down from where she sat.
James, Peter and Sirius talked about Quiditch all threw dinner as I kept glancing at Arabella. Something was off, I could feel it. "What's up with you?" Peter asked me. I shook my head and they all took a bite of their tarts as I ate my chocolate. Suddenly, people over the hall sprouted yellow feathers and shrunk or grew long white beards. I cracked laughing and caught Arabella's eye. She was laughing and grinning. I watched as Peter, Sirius and James hopped around in canary forms, squawking in outrage. I just laughed harder until they turned back and glared at me. I shrugged and James slapped me up the back of the head. "What was that for?" I cried. "For sitting there laughing at us," Sirius said. I just laughed again. "It was funny," I said, trying to contain to my laughter. Peter just shook his head.
Arabella's POV
The next morning, I was heading down to breakfast, when I heard my name being called. I turned to see the boys running after me. I raised an eyebrow. "What do you want?" I ask. "Did you do that prank last night at dinner?" Sirius asks. " What would make you think that?" I ask, innocently. James just shook his head. "I know you did it," he said. "You have no proof," I replied, turning around and heading off to breakfast. They trail after me. "Leave me alone. You don't like me, then don't go near me," I called over my shoulder. Peter sighed and they started talking. I walk faster down to the hall.
I was walking to Transfiguration, when a beautiful moonlight white unicorn runs down the hall. "Stop," I call. It stops, and makes a gesture for me to follow it. I shrug, running after it. I follow it until we reach an empty hall. It whinnies and I tilt my head, confused. "Take care, Bella," a gentle voice enters my head. I fall backwards, startled and it runs off to the forest. I look around and realise it lead me to the opposite side of the castle from Transfiguration. I huff in frustration, walking back the way I came from.
I come into Transfiguration, expecting to be late. But when I got there, everybody was writing and Professor McGonagal was nowhere to be found. Sitting on the desk sat a gray tabby cat, a stern look on it's face as it watches me. I sat down in an empty seat at the back, no one sitting next to me. Then the cat jumped off the desk, changing into McGonagal. "Why are you late, Ms. Minayla?" she asks. "I was chasing a unicorn down the halls," I reply. She sighs. "Another unicorn? That's twice this week," she says. "But it's only Monday," I say, confused. "Exactly," she says and I laugh.
