The door swung open in Nicole's purple filled room, the bag was swung to the side and she jumped on top of her bed. Her hair flew for a moment and was all ruffled up between the sheets. She turned her head towards the window and looked out to the grey sky, it was just starting to rain. "NICOLE" a male voice echoed through the empty house, except for the boxes that filled the rooms, she had just moved, but still stayed at the same school. "WHAT" she replied with an extremely loud yell. "I REMEMBER A PROMISE MADE" "AND WHAT IS THAT PAPA?" she answered still, loudly. There was never a promise she made... Was it? "YOU WOULD GO BUY GROCERIES" "what? I never made that" -"YOU DID JUST NOW. NOW GO".

The rain pattered against Nicole's hoodie and the back of the jacket. She hadn't gotten her driver's license, nor has her dad ever said anything about a driving test. And she hated that reason. So she walked. In the rain. To a grocery store.

"That will be 8.99 please" She handed in the change and quickly grabbed the bags before running off like an idiot. Another walk in the rain. She sighed and ruffled with the hair in her face, Nicole pushed it back and once again, JOURNEYED HOME.

As she walked a car stopped and the door swung open. "Need a ride?"
