Christmas had ended so quickly, and now it was April, how did the months go so fast? Natalie didn't question it. She just took it in and groaned.

Sitting in her school chair.

Doing division.

The division was...sort of easy, if you know your 4673 timetables that is. Natalie was enjoying her torture until the speaker on the top of the ceiling boomed:

"NATALIE FROM CLASS A2 COME TO THE PRIN-"

Natalie almost fell off her chair, as if wonderful music was playing, she stumbled down 9 flights of stairs. Well, not really... it was actually 9 steps but it still hurt.

Natalie hurried across the slippery hallways, coming face to face with the principal's office. The door opened slowly, making a creaking sound. Natalie looked up and saw that the principle was standing there she gulped and felt like she was sweating "you may come inside" he grumbled, he didn't sound cheerful, but she hoped that the news was.

Natalie walked into the room. It was a beige color, with a leather chair for the principle, and not so good quality chairs for the parents and children. Wondering what was going on "so why do you need me" Natalie asked, trying to avoid eye contact. "Someone's here to see you" he answered walking inside as well. The principal looked outside the office door one more time and started to close it. He was halfway there until he saw a guy wearing a black hoodie and a girl, most likely a student, walking down the hallway to his office. "I'll be back" the principle then closed the door and walked away. Natalie scanned the room and went behind the desk and sat down on the principal's chair. "I'll be right back" she mocked his low voice and chuckled, spinning on his black leather chair.

She waited a bit until the door opened, she looked over to see that guy and girl that were walking over before. "are you the ones who wanted to see me o-or are you lost" they didn't respond to her question, but the girl, which Natalie noticed as michaela, closed it gently with one gloved hand.

They both moved forward and the guy started to pull out something from his pocket, it looked like it had a handle and it was glinting with a shiny silver colour. Natalie finally realised what it was and when the guy took out the knife she stood up quickly "w-woah" natalie stuttered getting out of the chair and backing into the beige wall, "cool butter knife" she gave an awkward smile"don't worry he won't hurt you" Michaela giggled childishly, michaela scoffed. They both started moving, michaela to one side of the desk and the guy went to the other side swinging his knife. "I will" the hooded man slid his knife over to Michaela and she caught it. Natalie realized there was blood dripping from the knife..

Fresh blood.

Natalie looked at them both, constantly turning her head. Which was a good enough distraction. She jumped on the top of the desk, getting stabbed in the leg she yelped and grabbed hold of the doorknob, twisting it and twisting it the wrong way. She finally got it right and darted out to the right. Her leg twisted in some way and she tripped over the principals dead body. She looked him in the eye and shuddered, getting up she found the emergency alarm. She smashed her arm through it, small glass shards ripped through her skin as the bell rung loudly.

"THE POLICE WILL BE HERE ANY MINUTE" she yelled to the murderers Running for the exit. She saw students starting to be escorted out and she ran after them. Michaela gasped and handed the knife to the hooded man and ran after the class. "HELP HELP" she screamed. "THERE'S A MURDERER BACK THERE""the teacher looked up towards the hooded man, who was in shock at michaela's betrayal. The teachers moved michaela forward. "The police will be here any minute hun"

More like seconds.

The man was michaelas step farther. Now all she had was her mother. Who was in complete shock as well.

Natalie spent an entire week in hospital with a broken leg. She grabbed lily's arm as she was leaving the room.

"I want you to catch that woman"
