Tina, Mason, Finn, and Mike were sitting at their usual table completely engrossed in their technology. Finn and Tina were listening to Music, Mike was playing a game, and Mason was texting his brother Bryan, who was out with the flu that day.
Suddenly, they heard an announcement.
"Homework Club! Starting today no more phones during snack or in the library."
The 4 tweens might have all had their earbuds in but they heard that announcement loud in clear.
" What!" They all said in usion.
" I'm sorry there has been some complications with the wifi and you guys are on your phones way to much so unless you have a valid reason, no phones." Their tutor, Mary Ann said firmly.
" I have a valid reason." Mason argued.
" What is it?" Mary Ann asked.
" I'm texting my sick brother." He said innocently.
Mike looked over. " Acutally, now your playing temple run." He said flatly.
" Snitch," Mason whispered, glaring at his friend.
" Guys," Mary Ann interrupted."No more phones and that's final." She said walking away.
" We're screwed." Tina said quietly.
