If you had to pick to people out of the group who knew each other the least, that would be Nicky and Amy. But that didn't mean that Amy couldn't think he was cute. She thought he was perfect to his laugh, the way his platinum blond bangs grazed his for head, his soft voice, and more. She was unfortunately, also very shy. So, whenever Nicky came over, this would happen.
"Hey guys," Nicky would say as he came in the room and flopped on the coach.
Amy let out a tiny squeal and bolted out the door, Melissa and Tina chasing after her.
"You have to stop doing that." Melissa said out of breath, after they had finally had caught up to Amy.
"Ya, it's stupid to get over the moon for a boy." Tina said. Melissa nodded in agreement.
"Look who's talking," Amy mumbled.
Melissa stomped." What's that supposed to mean?" She asked shrilly."It means, at least I don't have a whole locker dedicated to when I write I 🖤Mason Victor." She turned to Tina."At least I don't have a boyfriend but am still in love with another guy who doesn't know me."
Tina smiled as she rolled her eyes. " True, but all you have to do is talk to him."
"But, his voice is so distracting."
When they went back in the library, Nicky pulled Amy aside.
"Hey, can I talk to you a second?" He asked, carefully.
Sure Nick, what's up?"
"Do you hate me?"
"What, NO!!! I adore you.. I mean. You're a great friend and I could never hate you."
" Awesome." He said with a smile. " I have to go. Me and Mikey are going to play head to head online combat."
Tina walked over to her love stricken friend." So?" She asked.
" He's gonna play online combat whatever the heck he just said." She said trance like.
" Tina sighed. "It's always the popular guys."She glanced at Amy then Nicky. " Or should I say, the Powerful ones."
