After school, Bryan, Mason,Tina, and Finn decided to okay football with some other kids from homework club.
"I don't know how to play." Tina whined.
"It's easy!" Bryan said impatiently." Just get the ball to the other side without getting killed."
"Ready?" Mason asked.
" Yes the kids chorused."
Before getting 30 seconds into the game, Tina heard a loud thump and quickly twisted her head to see what was happening.
She saw Mason lying on his side in complete pain, his brother kneeling down with a look of consern on his face, and a guilty looking 8th grader she hardly knew trying to avoid eye contact with anyone.
The tutor was called and Mason went to the nurse.
" What Happened?!" Tina asked Bryan as soon as Mason left.
" Kaleb was running when he hit Mason in the back with a football."
" Is he all right?" Tina asked conserned. This kinda stuff always worried her.
Bryan shrugged his shoulders.
About half and hour later Mason came back clutching and ice pack to his back.
" Are you alright?" Finn asked.
" Not really." Mason answered.
The next day however Mason came to a full recovery. He was running, playing, and messing around just a usual.
HES the one who got injured asked Tina's friend Amy who didn't really like any of the guys.
Tina smiled. " He's a Victor. They tend to recover fast.
After Pe was over, Tina walked up to Mason and said these exact words.
" Dude, I'm glad your alright. But if you ever scare me like that again......."
"I know, I know," Mason smiled.
