Chapter 10

I really feel awful that it's been almost a year since I've updated I'm sorry, I've been so busy and tbh I haven't had much motivation. But I want to try updating as much as I can :) I still can't believe people read this, so thank you so much <3 I hope you enjoy the update x

(Marie's POV)

Once we got to the airport I started to feel quite nervous about meeting the other boys of Union J, but even more than that I was sad George was going. It was only for a few days as usual but I hate even being away from him. Once we arrived at the airport I helped George get his things out of the car and then he grabbed my hand and we started walking to the terminal where his flight would take of giving eachother occasional smiles on the way. Once we got there I noticed 3 other guys standing together talking. "Boys!" George yelled, I could see the smile forming on his face. "Georgie!" The one with the blonde quiff yelled while running over to us. "Ooooh is this the famous Marie?" he said looking between us. I giggled "Yes I'm Marie. "Nice to meet you Marie" He said while pulling me in for a friendly hug. "I'm Josh" I smiled already loving George's bandmates even though I haven't even met them all. After Josh hugged me the two other guys came over "I'm JJ" one said smiling at me while hugging me like Josh just did. "And I'm Jaymi" The other boy said while also pulling me in for a hug, "It's lovely to meet you!" "George talks about you everyday so it's so nice to finally meet you" Josh said. I blushed and looked up at George, he then planted a sweet kiss on my cheek and I could hear the other boys "aw."

For the next hour we all just sat around and talked I was really having fun getting to know these guys I was so glad George had such amazing bandmates. Before we knew it it was getting to be time for the boys to board their flight. I stood up still grasping onto George's hand and frowned. "I can't believe you're leaving again" I said sadly. "I know..."He replied. He then pulled me in for a hug and rested his head on my shoulder "I love you Marie" He mumbled. "I love you too" I replied. After 5 minutes we finally let go of eachother since George's plane would be taking off shortly. "Promise to skype me when you land?" I said. "I promise" He replied sincerly. "Okay well I'll miss you babe and i'll see you in a couple days" He said, I could hear the sadness in his voice. I simply nodded before he lifted my chin up and we shared a kiss. "George c'mon let's go!" Josh said while trying to wave George over. "Bye beautiful" He said one more time. I waved before I saw the boys disappear past the gate. I looked down letting a single tear flow down my cheek, even though it was only for a few days I just felt lost without him and I was scared of what would happen if I ran into Damian again by myself.

After finally watching the plane take off I headed to George's car and drove home not expecting to see who was waiting for me on my doorstep. "Hello gorgeous" Damian said. "Go away Damian please" I said sternly. I wasn't in the mood to deal with his bullshit. "I'm hear to talk to you, I would like us to try to be friends" He exclaimed. I laughed "You really think I would want to be friends with you?I questioned him. "Please just give me a chance I promise to change it's just I miss you so much and I think friendship would be best for us. I sighed I couldn't believe what I was about to say "fine Damian we can be friends" I said while rolling my eyes. He smiled and walked down to me hugging me slightly. "Thank you Marie, I promise you won't regret it". "I was thinking since George isn't here and you don't seem to have anything to do right now we could go hangout, maybe at the park? "Yeah, ok sounds good" I said nervously. He smiled again and started walking towards the park and I quickly followed hoping I wouldn't regret my decision to give him another chance.
