Abnegation initiates just like all other initiates i assume, are brought to a training center with a segregated dormitory, boys on one side girls another. I finally won't be sleeping under the same roof as my father. I can finally be free. We are then showed around the small and simple building, then we are brought to a cafeteria our mentor meets us there. "Hello, I am Natalie and I will be helping you help me make this world a more selfless place. During initiation we will help bring out the true abnegation in you. At the end of initiation you will all be placed to work in a certain position of Abnegation, there are more jobs than you may think." She smiles at each of us and we all share a bland lunch.
