Luke’s Point of View
Calum and I make it safely back in Australia. We decided to crash at Calum’s house so he could see his family. My mother has been in and out of the tour so I’ve seen more of my family. Calum’s family welcomed us in and Cal’s sister Mali happened to be home as well. We all ate dinner together and shared what had been going on in our lives. Calum and I shared fun tour stories and his family was a lovely audience by laughing and gasping in all the right places. Shortly after we went to bed because we knew a long day was ahead of us.
The next morning we slept in because we were a bit jet lagged. We threw on some of our usual clothes. I wore my black Vans tee shirt, black skinny jeans, and black Vans. Calum wore his Santa Cruz singlet, black skinny jeans, and black Chuck Taylor’s (Converse). We decided the best place to start looking was the phonebooks of the area surrounding the concert venue we met at. The biggest problem with that is that she said she didn’t really live close to there. This may take a while. We quickly made a Maccas run before hitting the books. We had no luck with the first couple of books. This is not going well.
Sydney’s Point of View
So Ryan took my advice and went to my sister for help planning the party. She was absolutely thrilled. Now she wants to get me to wear a dress to the party. It’s not that I’m opposed to dresses, but I’d much rather wear something casual. We compromised and I agreed to wear a skirt. Apparently Ryan wasted no time planning the party so the day after he got my consent he set the date of the party. Maggie and I finished packing yesterday so all we have left before we leave is the party tonight. “You girls should probably start getting ready for the party so you can get there early to help Ryan and me with the finishing touches.” said a perky Sabrina. She was already dressed in a mint green long sleeve chiffon dress with a low back with a bow on it. Her hair was in loose curls and she looked flawless like she always does. Maggie and I were in our sweats with our hair in buns. “Alright.” Maggie says hopping up. She quickly races to the shower and I finish laying out my outfit.
Soon enough we were ready for the party. I wore a white crop top patterned with white flowers, a maroon high-low skirt, and maroon heels paired with a skinny gold belt, maroon and gold feathered earrings, gold bangles, and a sparkly gold clutch I borrowed from Bri. Maggie wore a simple lilac maxi dress with a brown belt and matching brown clutch. I wore my hair in an elegant messy bun with a few curled pieces pulled out, and Maggie wore her hair natural. We met Savannah in the hallway and she had just finished getting ready for the party. She wore a fitted Lilly Pulitzer dress with a sweetheart neckline cinched at the waist with a big coral ribbon with a big bow on the left front. “Ready?” She asked looking us up and down. “Yeah, want to ride with us?” I ask. She quickly agrees and we all pile into my car and make our way to the party venue.
