Can I Smack Him?

I just loved the view and the air when on top of that mountain. So beautiful.

When it was decided that I would come to this school with my sister, I envisioned it to be like a story you read in books. Two siblings were separated at a young age and are reunited years later, finally having a happy ending.

Unfortunately, this is not like the stories.

The entire host club stood in front of me. Suoh-senpai was smiling to himself as if he had just accomplished an important task, the twins were smirking like they already have "fun" plans for me, and Haninozuka-senpai sat atop on Morinozua-senpai's shoulders with a wide grin on his face and small pink flowers floated around him....

Unlike the rest of that giddy bunch, Ootori-senpai was typing quickly in his calculator and had an annoyed look on his face, Morinozuka-senpai had a stoic expression, and Haruhi was looking to the distance as if she couldn't care less.

The silence was now unbearable to me, so I took matters into my own hands.

"Suoh-senpai, if you don't mind me asking, why am I here? It is rude to keep a guest waiting, especially after you sent two of you members to kidnap me while I was practicing. So please enlighten me."

My aura must have come out negative since I saw beads of sweat trickle down their cheeks and back away slowly. Although Ootori-senpai didn't seem effected. Not surprised to be honest.

Suoh-senpai cleared his throat. "Ahem, excuse me for the rude behavior that you were exposed to. Although I have a fabulously perfect reason as to why such actions were taken..."

He struck a dramatic pose with one hand on his forehead and his other on his hip. What made it worse was the aura that surrounded him made me want to hurl.

The room then went pitch black, only a single spotlight was shining above the Host Club, making the scene twice as unnecessarily dramatic than it already is.

"Airi-chan, will you give us the pleasure of adding another member to this beautiful family?"

I placed a polite smile on my face. Do they really think I would join this time-wasting club? If they do, they must be even more stupid than I thought. Well, their president only.

"Suoh-senpai..."

The room began to feel a bit chilly and my voice turned sharp and cold.

"I appreciate the offer, but I do not wish to spend precious time on your silly club activities. Do I make myself clear, Suoh-senpai?"

I didn't want to say what I was actually saying in my head or else I might as well say goodbye to future business deals with his family. Somehow, people like him seem to bring out the part of me that I've wanted to keep under the tightest chain. How annoying.

A jolt of lightning seemed to go through everyone except Ootori-senpai.

It seemed to take several minutes for Suoh-senpai to compose himself. I thought that would drive him away but unfortunately, I did not. Haaah...

"I knew you wouldn't go down easy so I have a backup plan!" Again with the dramatic pose. This time instead of a hand on his forehead, he was pointing his index finger at my face. He's lucky I won't try anything...

"This is something that you can't refuse no matter how much you want to say no! It is something that you have wanted for the past years and you have not been able to obtain....however, I can give it to you."

Now he has my interest.

"What could he possibly have...? Wait, it couldn't be! There's no way!"

My eyes widened considerably, signaling him that I knew what he was talking about. A smirk was featured on his face.

"Yes. You know exactly what I'm talking about! This is a one time offer. A chance you may never get again. In return of your service to this Host Club, I will give you what you desire most."

He stroked his chin, a smirk still plastered on his face. How badly I want to smack it right off.

"For what you desire is......"
