Dex's P.O.V.( The Next Day)
I woke up with my wrapped around the most gorgeous female I've ever laid eyes on. She was sleeping peacefully, snoring ever so lightly. She was truly a person who I really cared about. I got up and walked to the kitchen.
Maybe I should cook her breakfast.
I started cooking when my phone when off.
Me: Hello?
Troy: Yo its me. How was your night?
He laughed and I rolled my eyes.
Me: We didn't do that. And I don't plan to anytime soon. I'm going to wait until she's ready.
Troy: Good for you man. Anyway come to the church later on today Julius has to talk to you.
Me: Alright.
I dropped a pan.
Troy: What are you doing?
Me: Cooking breakfast for Ariann.
He laughed again.
Troy: You really love her don't you?
Me: Yeah man I do.
I hung up and finished the breakfast.
Ariann's P.O.V.
I woke up to the smell of French toast and bacon. I sat up just in time for Dex to walk in with a tray of food.
Dex: Morning babe. Sleep well?
He sat the tray down and kissed my head. I yawned.
Me: Yeah. Is this for me?
He nodded and gave me the tray. I took one bite of the food and nearly choked. I pushed the tray away. He laughed.
Dex: That bad huh? I figured. I don't really know how to cook. I just thought it'd be a nice gesture.
I smiled and kissed him.
Me: That's sweet hun. Thanks, but don't ever do it again. Please.
We laughed. He looked at me.
Dex: Troy needs me at the church today. Wanna come?
I smiled.
Me: Sure. Let me change and we can go.
Once I changed, we drove off. While we were in the car. I was messing with Dex. I could tell he was playing along with me.
Me: You should let me drive.
Dex: HELL NO!
I scoffed.
Me: Why not?
He laughed.
Dex: I'm not letting you hurt us or my car by letting you drive and get in a crash.
I rolled my eyes. We pulled up to the church and Troy was waiting on the church steps. We walked up to him. I hugged him.
Me: Hey Troy.
Troy: Sup Ariann. What up Dex?
Dex: Nothing much man. What's up with the Carnales?
Troy: Oh yeah. Julius needs to talk to you.
He got up and we walked into the church. In there we found a heated Julius. Once we came in, he started yelling at Dex. But surprisingly Dex stayed calm.
Dex: Julius, I don't see what the big deal is.
Julius: The deal is, you went to see the Colombians without me!
