*the doctors had decided not to release dove for the next days which she found rather frustrating but she tried to keep her cool, Ryan had had to take the kids home because they were getting restless and upset so upon Roman being released he half heartedly signed the papers and took the kids home at which point Claire and Alison decided he would probably need some help and Colton and Bonnie stayed with dove, trying to cheer her up, the next afternoon Ryan came back and stayed with her overnight and through the morning while the kids were with their family, she started to feel a little dizzy but kept it to herself because she didn't want to have to stay longer, that afternoon Ryan went home again at which point Claire and Alison took their turn with dove who also had a lovely visit from Sofia who had found out dove was stuck in the hospital after Ryan delivered the news of romans birth, she was cheered up for a while and eventually after being there for almost three days and having made sure to keep her dizziness a secret she found herself free to go*
Ryan: your coming home now sweetie
Dove: okay
*she goes to get up but gets really dizzy and has to stop, she starts to feel really sick as well and just has to stay right where she is*
Ryan: baby?
Dove: it's all spinning
Ryan: I'll get a doctor

*4 minutes later*

Doctor: vertigo, plain and simple, how long have you felt like this?
Dove: 2 days
Ryan: what?! And you didn't tell me?!
Dove: it's nothing
Doctor: she'll be fine it happens sometimes, her body has been through a lot and it's confused so to speak, there's nothing we can really do for you except tell you to rest and it'll stop once your body knows what's happening to it
Dove: okay fine so I can still go?
Ryan: doesn't sound like you should be going anywhere
Doctor: usually we would recommend she stay but hats stressing her out a lot and making it worse on her, getting riled up isn't gonna help
Dove: see Ryan I'm fine
Doctor: that's not what I said
Dove: but that's what I heard
Ryan: well I guess you're perky enough
Doctor: you're free to go once you're ready
*he leaves*
Ryan: you should've told me
Dove: oh I'm sorry you were leaving to take our kids home and I should've just slipped in there 'oh by the way I'm getting really dizzy every time I move and then I feel sick' would that have made you feel better?!
Ryan: oh sorry for caring!
Dove: not here, not now
Ryan: whatever
Dove: um Ry
Ryan: what?
Dove: don't worry, I'll be fine
Ryan: oh god sorry, come here, the bags in the car, I got you
Dove: thanks
Ryan: you have three options, bridal style, piggyback or wrap around, which do you want?
Dove: in theory bridal is easier but I'm 90% certain there are paps outside and you can't really walk particularly fast when my legs are wrapped around your waist that way round so I'll try and do a piggyback
Ryan: okay then mi'lady, you sure it's not too much?
Dove: I'll be a little dizzy but it'll be fine
Ryan: if you're sure
Dove: can we just go, I really hate it here
Ryan: I know, your dad, come on sweetie let's take you home
*she slowly sits up, trying not to get really dizzy or be sick, he bends down and she climbs onto his back, she quickly wraps her legs around his waist and arms loosely over his shoulders, sort of around his neck, she rests her head on his shoulder and tries to just focus on controlling the fact that her world is spinning and she feels like throwing up her guts, she just desperately wanted to be out of there, hospitals were literally the worst thing in the world in her mind*
