Chapter 2 : First day of an amazing year!

Serena couldn't sleep anymore, after the kiss with Ash. Many thoughts went trough her head: Was it real? Why did he kiss her?
The next morning Delia and Professor Oak had a chat at the breakfast table.

Delia : The kids must be excited! The first day to their new school!
Samuel Oak : You know who the principal is on the school?
Delia : ...No?
Samuel Oak : It's my cousin! Samson!
Delia : Nooooooo! Are you serious! Then he can tell us if the kids are doing good at school! This is awesome news!
Samuel Oak : And uhm... I have to confess something else Delia..
Delia : Another thing?
Samuel : I give lessons about pokémon evolution and I will be the headteacher of Serena's class!
Delia : That is so awesome! And uhm, pokémon evolution,is that a basic course?
Samuel Oak : Of course! Everybody needs to know about it!
Delia : I'm gonna wake Ash and Serena up....
Serena : Good morning everyone!
Serena runs down the stairs, full of energy.
Delia : Hello Serena! Full of energy I see! Is Ash already up?
Serena : Not yet. But I think he can wake every moment. *she smiles*
Ash : Goo..oo.dd morning ev..eerr...yy oneee
Then Ash fell down the stairs, from still being tired.
Delia : Ash are you ok?
Ash : Yeah mom... I'm OK!
Delia : I made your lunch for school, you will receive your books at school. Do you both want to know your schedules?
Ash and Serena : Yeah!

Ash

1st hour - Pokémon evolution
2nd hour - Moves
3rd hour - Fights
4th hour - Fights

5th hour - Pokémon abilities
6th hour - Free
7th hour - Battles (Practicing)

Serena

1st hour - Dancing
2nd hour - Pokémon evolution
3rd hour - Choreography
4rd hour - Advanced lessons

5th hour - Fights
6th hour - Fights
7th hour - Free

Serena : Wow! I start with dancing! I love it! And I can come home earlier! Awesome!
Ash : My schedule is ok i guess.
They both start to smile and then Ash looks into her eyes. He really wants to say he loves her.... And he really wants to kiss her. But he can't, he just can't.
Delia : Now go you 2!

Ash and Serena walk to the bus stop, when suddenly Serena asks Ash.
Serena : Ash, that kiss last night...
Ash : Was more perfect then I could ever dream...
Serena : Really...? Ash I have to confess something...
The bus arrives, which does let Serene not finish her sentence.
Then they both arrive at school, both excited to meet new people!

Ash : This school looks sick man!
Serena : So many people! Not that I'm scared! I performed for more people than this!
Ash : You sure have!
Then a girl with green hair walks up to Ash and Serena:
??? : Hello! You are that famous Kalos performer Serena, aren't you? I watched all of your performances! You almost beat Aria, the kalos queen! I adore you so much!
Serena : Uhhh... Thank you...
??? The name's Mallow! I am in the advanced class!
Serena : Seems like we're classmates *she smiles*
Mallow : Really?!? We're gonna have so much fun together! Come with me! I know someone else that will be in our class!

Then we have a red haired boy walking up to Ash
??? : I'm Kiawe. I see that you're new to our school.
Ash : Hello! I'm Ash and I'm definitely new to Alola! And new to this school!
Kiawe : Let me be your guide and friend in this school. I'm doing the Island Trial Challenge class. I want to become a trial captain myself one day!
Ash : I'm in that class too! Wait wait wait... Who do I see there walking trough the gate?

Ash starts running to the boy walking trough the gate.

??? : Ash! Good to see you again!
Ash : Sawyer! Good to see you too! Can't believe you will be attending this school as well!
Sawyer : Haha, I didn't expect to see you at school! That's a surprise too! Which course are you following?
Ash : I'm doing the island trial challenge! I still want to become a pokémon master you see...
Sawyer : My dream still is to catch up to you! And since we're at the same school, it seems like that that dream can continue!
Ash : Haha, the rivalry continues! But I won't let you catch up to me! It's not gonna happen!
Sawyer : You won't let that happen? But it will happen quicker then it seems! By the way..., I'm following the Island trial challenge too!
Ash: Awesome!
The bell rings
RIIIIIIING
Ash : Let's go to the class Sawyer! Which class do we have?
Sawyer : Looks like we have "Pokémon evolution" first.
Ash : Let's go!
Serena: Ash! Wait up! I have to ask you something...
Ash : Ask it quick! We have to go to class!
Suddenly, Serena hugs him.
Serena : See you later...
Ash : Uhhh..... Hehehehehe....

Kiawe, Sawyer and Ash all enter classroom 15 where Ash sees a familiar face.
Ash : Professor Oak! What are you doing here?
Samuel Oak : Well hello Ash! Seems like I have you the first hour! I have to admit that I will be your pokémon evolution teacher for the full year! Isn't it exciting?
Ash : Exciting, to say the least... I'm sitting on the 2nd row then.
Kiawe : I'm sitting behind you then.
Sawyer : Can I sit next to you Ash?
Ash : Yes you can!

Meanwhile in Serena's class...

Serena : Dancing! How much fun! Let's head into it!
Mallow : I can't wait! Dancing is my specialty after all.. *she giggles*
Serena : Well... Who is the teacher? It is.... it's Aria....!
Aria : Well hello Serena! I didn't expect you to be in this class!
Serena : I didn't expect you here either... wow... aren't you Kalos queen anymore?
Aria : I'm still Kalos queen, but I took a break and decided I wanted to give you some lessons in performance and in dancing!
Serena : Awesome! Hey Aria, Can I let Sylveon out? I think she would love to dance with us?
Aria : Of course you can Serena! Everybody can learn how to dance!
Uhum! Attention everyone! This year. You will be graded after each new dance you learned. At the end of every semester, you have to be able to import them into your performance. Which you will also get from me.
Mallow : Seems like a lot of work...
Lana : I love this. A lot of work... I'm going to enjoy this..
While everyone else was talking about their teacher and the grade system, Serena started thinking about Ash.
Serena's POV:
I don't understand Ash... First, he kisses me, a day later, when I hug him, he's confused... Does he love me, or doesn't he?

The day went by quick, Ash and Sawyer walked together to their houses.

Sawyer : Man... First day, and we already have homework...
Ash : Why do we have to study 10 abilities! That's too much for a first day! Jeez!
Sawyer : What's it gonna be at the end of the year? 200 abilities? I hate this course already.
Ash : Let's hope not. We better run, Serena is already home so she's probably already done with her homework, and I still have to begin...
Sawyer : I have to go right here, see you tomorrow Ash!

Delia : Well hello Ash. Back home? How was school?
Ash : It was fun, but I already have homework, so I better start.
Delia : You better do...

Ash went upstairs where Serena was doing her homework.

Ash : Hey Serena.
Serena : Hello.
Ash : How was your first day...?
Serena : It was fine.
Ash : What's the problem Serena?
Serena : There's no problem.
Ash : I see it in your face. Tell me now!
Serena : SHUT UP! IF THERE'S NO PROBLEM, THEN THERE IS NO PROBLEM!
Serena runs off, leaving Ash speechless.
Ash : What's her problem?
