This is for someone who is depressed, you dont have to be diognosed with depression for this! Just a thing for people!!
1.Wake up every morning and think of one thing that makes you happy eg. music, art, bands, etc
2.Write that thing on your wrist in a marker or pen.
3. If you cut, you are never allowed to do that hobbie ever again, unless your 2 years clean from self harm
4. If you do not self harm that day, then see how long you can keep that writing on there until it comes of. NO RUBBING
5. When it comes of, write something else.
6. Repet these steps over and over until you are officaly one year clean from cutting!!
