Chapter 5: Fangs and teeth upon unspoken clash

  The creature grins slithering down from where he was hanging, a sly smirk laid on his pale fears bringing out his golden eyes. The serpent man let out a low chuckle. "Lass, you intrigue me. I would like you to come with me." He held out his pale hand. You stare at him, unease settling inside of you. You shake your head moving back not willing to trust this man snake just yet. His smirk of confidence turns to a scowl of anger and pure hatred. "I could've eaten you lass. Right here and right now. But I've chosen not to tear into you and take that final breath of yeres." He hisses moving around your small frame his coils crushing you and squeezing your breath out.

  You close your eyes, bracing for the sweet kiss of death as your vision turns black. When suddenly a force knocks into the monster knocking him down causing his coils to loosen around your body.  You take in the needed breaths of air looking at your savior only to see the man from earlier holding a knife glaring at the snake man.
