Dumbledore too had his wand brandished but it was toward the people that had filtered from the house.
"No one shall hurt Miss Riddle. She is here to help us!" He shouted above the kerfuffle.
"That's what you said before!" A man yelled from the back. He made his way forward. I saw it was professor Lupin. With in seconds my mind registered he had been the one in Flourish and Blotts. "My best friend was MURDERED because of her! Harry's parents died before because of her father! She is bad luck Albus!" The man appeared irate.
"It isn't up to you Remus. Please step back. No one shall hurt this girl! She is helping me. We are finding out how to end him, for good this time!" Dumbledore rose his wand hand and silenced the people. I chewed my lip nervously and wrapped my finger around a lock of hair.
"She can help us more than anyone," a voice said from next to me. George put a hand on my shoulder. I held my breath. "She knows better than anyone what his weakness is!"
The group began murmuring to each other. I looked up to George. He didn't look back but I saw the corner of his lip quirk up. Lupin stood straight as a pole. Tonks had been whispering something in his ear, making me quirk an eyebrow at what she was saying. Then she turned and walked toward me.
"If Dumbledore trusts you, so do I," she smiled at me kindly. Before moving away I saw her features change to a pig nose and snorted. Ginny started busting out laughing, breaking the tension.
"Now that that's cleared up, can we eat?" Ron asked from the back of our group. The other Weasley's groaned, causing Ron to blush.

I still didn't feel welcome at the Burrow. But George and I had created some sort of silent agreement. Charlie had sat across from me when the older order members sat discussing something I couldn't hear over the loud quidditch game in the yard.
"Sorry about earlier, Elizabeth, Riddle is just so...taboo," he rubbed a hand on his face before making full eye contact.
"You remind me of Bill's girlfriend," he chuckled then. The scars on his cheek stretched, looking as if they would slip open.
"Oh yeah? Who is it?" I asked with as much curiosity as I could muster.
"Bloody Fleur Delcaor [AN: I can't spell it oops]," Charlie looked aggravated that his brother had a girlfriend and not himself.
"Ah the Veela. I'm part Veela actually. That could be the resemblance," I gave a small shrug.
"That's why some people couldn't take there eyes off of you at dinner," he winked before standing and walking off. I knew I had to wait for George or Fred to take me home, but I couldn't take the mixed emotions. I stood up from the long table and walked to the yard were Harry was sitting and watching George and the others zoom to and fro on their broom sticks.
"Why aren't you playing?" I asked as I approached him. Harry jumped a few inches from the group and rounded on me.
"What?" He hissed angrily. I winced at the hostility. "Why are you even here, Liza?"
"Dumbledore thinks that I can help," I gritted my teeth and glanced up to the sky, "George! Fred! When are we planning on leaving? I have some work to do!" I shouted to the two beaters zooming around and whacking the bludgers away.
"Ah Liza! Grab a broom!" Fred zoomed in front of me, "We need another chaser! Ginny is bullocks at it!"
"I heard that Fred!" Ginny shouted and threw a quaffle at his head. Fred landed beside me and gave his broom. As he summoned another from the shed he instructed me to kick off with him.
"Merlin help me," I muttered as I rose into the night sky.
