Chapter 12

MYA's P.O.V

After Ms.Nel made her announcement everyone got up and grabbed their belongings . Miranda hopped up and I got up right behind her . I couldn't help but look her up and down admiring her body structure .

"Damn...", I said while exhaling a breath of air .

Miranda: What ??

Me: "nothing", I said trying to keep a straight face and eye contact .

Miranda: "ohh okay", she said laughing .

I'm pretty sure she had a clue what I was possibly talking about . We got in separate vans and hit the road ... I stared out the window and immediately started thinking about her . "Damn ! I'm in love ...", I thought to myself . "Mya wake up we're here", I heard as someone tapped on my shoulder . I woke up, rubbed my eyes, and then I stepped out the van .

Ms. Nel: "Over here ladies", she said as she waved at the entrance of the building .

We entered the building with curiosity & adventurous looks on our faces . A lady holding a beautiful little baby was sitting the corner of the room. I felt bad for a little while, but realized that the building (shelter) wasn't in bad shape. The administrator called everyone over and started explaining the purpose of the program . Everyone gathered around and I was the last one to walk over . From me being a short person I had to stand on my tippy toes, but I lost my balance and grabbed someone's shoulder so I wouldn't fall .

The person: Hey don't stretch my clothes out !

I turned my head to see Miranda looking down at me with a stern face . "Damn, she's so bipolar", I thought to myself. I hurried up and released my grip off her shirt and turned my head like nothing happened.

Me: "Oh my bad ... I almost fell", I said as I scolded her.

We mugged eachother for 2 minutes & then heard Ms.Nel say, "shhh y'all two". I couldn't do anything but laugh because Miranda was so serious. She's so cute when she's mad *heart eyes*. "Okay y'all lets go outside to the gazebo to take a picture", Ms.Nel demanded as we walked outside. I walked outside with the group and they got in formation for the picture . "Say cheese" *the camera light flashed* .

Me: Awhhhh... did I blink ?

Jadah: "Yeah, but oh well", she said .

Everyone walked to the vans and got in ... 5 minutes into the ride to seaworld it started drizzling, which showed signs that we wouldn't be able to go .

Jadah: "ohh lord", she said as she rolled her eyes .

Me: "for real man! I wanted to see the whales", I said in a high pitched voice .

You heard groans of people complaining about the weather. I laughed at their faces of misery ..

MIRANDA'S P.OV

So we just found or we won't be able to go to sea world and everybody was sad . So Ms.Nell asked what else we would like to go and people started coming up with different places .

Kennedy: "man I don't want to go no where else I want to go to sea world."

Ms.Nell: "Kennedy it's raining baby we can't go."
