The week went by in a haze. Outside of their dorms Draco and Harry bickered and yelled at eachother, pretending to hate one another.
Most of their fighting was just petty insults, stupid little things. But sometimes they lunged at eachother to make it seem more realistic, having their friends hold them back, luckily. Because they knew that if they didn't hold them back, they wouldn't hit eachother... and that'd come off as... odd.
Extremely odd.

In their dorms was a different story.
They'd joke about how idiotic their acting was, and how unbelievable it was... they were surprised that Hermione bought it, of all people.
They'd make fun of eachothers horrid acting and silly faces they made during their arguments, and most of the time they ended up hitting one another upside the head.

They spent most of their free time in their dorms considering they couldn't really be friendly with eachother around other witches and wizards... but they also hung out in the clock tower quite often. People rarely go up there. And late at night, past curfew, they'd sneak into the Astronomy Tower... they'd also sneak there when they had free periods, because people rarely went up there unless it was for homework...

"For someone who just began walking properly, you can make it up these stairs fast." Draco stated, trying to catch up to Harry as they made their way up the Astronomy Tower.

Harry shrugged, "I mean, I am quite talented." He spun around so he could face Draco.

He was ten steps ahead of him, "hurry up, Malfoy," Harry teased. "It's almost dinner and my friends are going to be wondering where I am - and it won't take long for them to realized you're missing as well."

Draco rolled his eyes and jogged up to Harry, each of them quickly making it up the rest of the stairs, "maybe not for Granger, but It'll definitely take Weasly some consideration," Draco joked, earning a glare from Harry in return.

"I'm surprised Granger hasnt caught on yet, actually," Draco spoke, his breath ragged from rushing up the stairs, "She's smart."

"She almost caught on." Harry stated. "Remember that day we were bickering, and I actually punched you? It was because Hermione was giving us an odd look."

Draco rubbed his jaw at the memory, "Ah, yes. I was pissed at you. I wasn't too surprised, actually... I forgot we were friends at the time. Because you punched me."

Harry chuckled, "I know. I have the bruises to prove it."

Harry rolled up his shirt, showing off the bruises caused by Draco's fists, which came in contact with him as soon as Harry's fist collided with his jaw.

Draco smirked, proud.

"Sorry," He teased, his smirk still playing, "Not really though."

Harry rolled his eyes and creaked the wooden door opened, stepping into the round, opened room.

"Why are we up here anyway?" Draco asked, following Harry inside.

It was their free period before lunch, and luckily no one was up here.

Harry paused, blushing, "Um... just to hang out," he lied, shrugging, "We can't just keep disappearing into our dorm. I'm getting sick of it. And people are beginning to get suspicious as to why we disappear into our dorm so much if we hate eachother."
