Chapter Thirty-One
"Okay, seriously, where are we going?" Harry asked Draco as he was pulled behind him.
"Somewhere secluded." Draco replied simply.
They were still at Hogsmeade - kind of. Draco was dragging Harry somewhere 'secluded', and Harry didn't even think they were still in the area which was considered Hogsmeade.
"Draco, we only have half an our left," Harry chuckled, "you're going to make us late."
Draco shrugged, "so? We're allowed to come here whenever we want." He pointed out, finally stopping to turn to Harry.
They were now secluded - kind of.
They were on top of a type of cliff, it had a fence around the edge so no one could fall off... and it had a view of just above Hogsmeade.
It was breathtaking."Since when are we allowed to come here whenever we want?" Harry asked, taking his gaze off the view of Hogsmeade to meet Draco's.
"At the beginning of the year, McGonagall announced that all eight years were allowed to go to Hogsmeade whenever they wanted, considering we're adults. As long as we get back before curfew."
Harry raised a brow, "I think you're lying."
"I'm not," Draco defended, "you were probably Zonded out."
Harry shrugged, "we have classes after this, anyway. We can't just skip them."
Draco rolled his eyes, "stop stressing, potty."
"Bu-" Harry's sentence was cut short as a ball of snow hit his face.
His cheek stung slightly from not only the impact, but the coldness caused by the snow.
Harry's mouth dropped opened, "you little..." He mumbled, wiping the snow off his face.
He immediately made his own snow ball, chucking it at Draco; who skillfully dodged it.
"Is that all you got, Scarhead?" Draco teased.
Before Harry could reply, a snow ball made contact with the back of his head.
"Oi! You're using your wand! That's cheating!" Harry laughed as he took out his own wand, quickly whipping up three snowballs with the flick of his wand.
As soon as the three were made, he shot them at Draco - no mercy to be shown - each one landed square on.
Draco gasped, and before they knew it, they were in a full on snow ball war.
Their yelling could probably be heard throughout Hogsmeade - but, then again, they were kind of far away.
After a few minutes of relentlessly throwing snowballs at each other, they each collapsed into the snow next to each other.
"Truce?" Harry breathed.
Draco grabbed a fistful of snow and slammed it into Harry's face, before sighing, "truce." He agreed, smirking.
Harry chuckled and wiped the snow off his face. They each looked up at the sky as flurries began to fall.
And for the first time in a while, they felt content.
Harry lifted himself so he was leaning on his elbow, looking down at Draco - who was still staring up at the grey sky.
"What are you thinking about?"
