Chapter 7

5:50 a.m, December 25, 2013, New York

Nicki's House~

Nicki heard the sound of her alarm and barely felt like moving to turn it off. She woke up on top of Drake- fully clothed, but in what she had worn the day before. "Uggghhh what happened last night." She thought. She reached over and turned it off. She definitely wasn't going jogging, and she didn't have to either. Because it was Christmas. Drake and Nicki had went to many Christmas parties in the time they were in NY. And that's what was affecting her. She stood up and felt horrible, then she rushed to the bathroom to throw up. After that she felt way better.

"Onika?" Drake woke up to the sounds from the bathroom.

"AM I PREGNANT?! WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED LAST NIGHT!?" Nicki screamed at him from the doorway

Drake started laughing so hard he couldn't stop, Nicki threw a flip flop at his head.

"UGH, IT'S NOT FUNNY WHAT IF-" Nicki was about to start ranting when all of a sudden she got a bad migrane

"No, Nicki. Last night you drank so much at ASAP' Christmas party, that you passed out on the way here. Good thing I was driving. It's called a hangover."

"Oh.... I still better not be pregnant." She stopped yelling and rubbed her head as she made her way to the bed and plopped down, face first with her feet hanging off.

Drake was still laughing afterwards and she covered his mouth with one hand and went back to sleep. Drake moved and picked up his phone to call his mom.

"Merry Christmas, Mom" He told her. Sandi was used to waking up really early.

"Merry Christmas baby. Have you talked to your father?" She said in her sweet voice

"No, why?"

"You'll see. Are you and Onika still coming today?"

"Yes, ma'am"

"See you later then, baby. Tell Carol I said Merry Christmas and I hope to see her soon."

"Alright love you, bye."

"You too, bye" She said and ended the call.

Drake went and took a long shower, and when he got out it was 7 and Nicki was sitting up, reading.He walked out in a towel and Nicki gasped.

"Damn! When have you been working out? Come here!" She said and he walked over.

"When you've gone jogging." He winked and she touched his abs and arms.

"Good job!" She got up and accidentally stepped on his towel and went into the bathroom.

He quickly pulled his towel back up and laughed. "Well then..." he said as he walked into the closet to get dressed as Nicki showered.

He was done by the time she got out.

It took her 30 minutes to get dressed and put on makeup. Drake looked at her when she was done.

"Come on babe, you don't need makeup. You're the most beautiful woman I know." He grabbed her hips and swayed her side to side.

"Aww, okay but I'm still gonna wear lipstick to match my outfit."

"Ok, i'll be in the car." He said and left.

He tried to call his dad, but no answer.

Nicki came to the car and they left, back to her mom's house. When they got there, Nicki saw so many people in her family, including her baby sister Ming. Everyone was opening presents and having fun. Drake met everyone, and all of them loved him. He told Carol the message from his mom, and she wanted to see her soon also. After about two hours, Nicki and Drake said their goodbyes and Carol took them to the airport.

"Love you, Mommy." Nicki smiled big and kissed her cheek.

"Love you too, baby. See you soon. And you too, Aubrey!" She waved and drove off.

Nicki and Drake went to their private jet and sat down.

"Finally. Goodness." Nicki rubbed her head and dropped the luggage.

Drake kissed her head and brought out a ice pack.

"Merry Christmas" He said and put the ice pack on her head

"You're so stupid." She smiled and shook her head.

"Lay down." Drake told her and she did

He put the ice pack on her head and massaged her feet.

"Thanks." she said when he was done

"No prob." He looked out the window

"New York is gorgeous from above."

"I know right."

Quickly afterwards they arrived.

They took a taxi to Sandi's house and tipped the driver extra. They walked up and Drake unlocked the door. He saw his Mom standing by the tree and ran over and hugged her. While he did that, Dennis went and stood by Nicki. When he was talking to her, Sandi winked at Nicki and she knew what to do.

"Auubbbreeeeyyy." She called him in a sweet voice and he turned around and saw his dad

Dennis walked over and looked at Drake's surprised face and hugged him.

"Merry Christmas Aubrey. I know that you wanted me to be happy so we've decided that me and your dad are going to get back together. And yes, I am happy."

"Aww" Nicki said and took a picture of them and posted it on IG with the comment, " Familia ❤"

Drake gave his mom a personalized vase that said her name and a letter to her. It was very expensive but that wasn't what mattered. That day, they all went out to eat, and visited other family in Toronto. The next few days Drake and Nicki  just stayed home with his mom, dad, and whatever other family decided to come. Nicki thought his two nieces were so adorable. On the 29th they left back to Atlanta, Georgia to continue the tour...
