Interview Day

Camilas POV
I woke up to hear my phone ringing. "Uggh" I grunted grabbing it off the night stand. "Hello" I tried to say not sounding sleepy. "Hello is this Camila Cabello" the woman on the phone said. "This is she" I said sitting up. "Yes I was calling to inform you that the interview has been rescheduled for an earlier time" the woman said. "Yes the interview. What time has it been moved to" I asked getting a paper and pen to write it down. "Its been moved to 12:30" "thank you for letting me know" I said. "No problem hun" she said hanging up.

I threw myself back on the bed and looked at the clock and it read 11:30. "I'm gonna be late" I said getting up and running to the shower to turn on the water. "Late for what" y/n asked. "They moved my interview to 12:30" I said and he got up quick too. "Ill get changed you go shower and I'll drive you once you're done" he said.

I quickly changed into a a pencil skirt and crop top and went to the kitchen. "Okay I made you coffee and some waffles. It's the best I could do" he said thinking it wasn't good enough. "You're so sweet and cute you know that" I said kissing his cheek. "Whenever you're ready" he said putting on his coat. "Come on I can't be late" I said grabbing his hand before he could sit down.

Although we were running late he still opened the door for me. "Thank you" I said. "You nervous" he asked me. "No just a bit scared" I said. "I'm sure you'll do great" he said parking the car. We made it there being 10 minutes early.

Y/N pov
"I'll wait out here" i said. "See you in a bit" she said walking into the building. The second after she left I got a phone call from Dinah. "Hello" I said picking up. "Hey Y/n, best friend, the center of my universe, the-" I immediately cut her off knowing exactly what she was doing. "What do you want " I said.

"Good thing you cut me off I was running out of things to say" she said laughing. "I should've let you continue" I said wondering what she would say. "Can you do me a huge favor. Pleeeeaasse" she said begging me. "What is it" I asked. "Okay so you know how we have the charity event tonight" she said. "Yes how could I forget" I said forgetting that Dinah also goes to it. Ally does too but it's not a big deal if she goes.

"Will you to tell your date that you've already invited, I assume, that it's been canceled and invite Camila" she asked. At first I thought she wanted me to cancel because it was Camila but she wanted me to invite her. "Camila as in your friend you told me to stay away from" I questioned.

Was this one of those trick questions that I should say no to? "Yes I know it's really short notice but it's because I was suppose to take her but I forgot that I already agreed to take Normani and ally's taking Lauren" she said. "Okay so let me get this straight. You want me to take Camila to the charity event and you do know she's gonna be by my side for the majority of the night because I'm one of the persons in charge " I asked. "Yes I understand that" she said.

"Okay I'll do it" I said celebrating in my head. That could've been worse than I imagined. "Thank you so much. She's coming by later so you can ask her then. I owe you big time" she said. "Yeah I'll stop by in an hour " I said hanging up. "Today is going pretty great". It's been 30 minutes and I don't think she'll be out within the next few minutes so I decided to walk down the street and see if I could buy her chocolates or something.

"Excuse me how much for a rose" I asked pointing to some pink roses. "2 dollars" she said. "I'll take this one" I said picking it up. "Thank you" I said one she was done wrapping it. I waited outside for her this time. About five minutes later I seen her walking out. "Hey" I said hiding the rose behind my back. "I got the job" she screamed talking me in a hug. "Congrats I knew you would" I said picking her up and twirling her. Her giggle was too cute.

Once I set her down I gave her the rose. "You shouldn't have" She said. "I wanted to. So we have the rest of the day free but I'm sure the girls want to go shopping with you for tomorrow" I said walking towards the car. "They know I'm going" she asked. "Yeah funny story. Dinah called me and asked me to cancel my current date and invite you. But she didn't know they were the same person" I said as we got into the car. "So I'll drop you off at ally's and Dinah's. Then wait and I'll go up after to ask you" I said. "Actually can you take me home to change first these heels are killing me" she asked. "Yeah I'm a bit hungry too" I said.

"But this is weird right. You think she knows" Camila asked. "I'm not sure I was thinking the same thing" I said. "It's okay if they do. If they don't it's okay too" I said. "Just making sure you were okay with if they found out" she said. "I know what I want and I'm not gonna deny it if they ask" I said to her. She just smiled at me and pulled me in for a kiss. Little did we know someone we knew was watching us this whole time.

"Ally I'm not going to wear something slutty" I told ally. "I'm just making sure" she said. "Im gonna wear something that covers me up" I told ally. "Okay will you hurry up and get here" ally said when I seen y/n waiting for someone with a rose in his hand.

"Hey I can see your brother" I told her. "It looks like he's waiting for someone special" I added. "He's probably telling the girl he invited that she can't go anymore" ally said. "Looks like he has a new girl" I said. "Maybe you should stop spying on them" ally said not wanting someone else to find out without y/n knowing.

"Yeah you're right but they're going in the same direction my cars parked" I said to her and I also want to know who she is. "If you see her tell me who she is I'm curious" ally said wanting to know if she finds out. "It's hard to tell he's in the way but she's wearing a pencil skirt and crop top. It's a really cute outfit" I said observing it. "I'll see you in a bit they just left but when I figure out I'll let you know" I told ally and kept walking to my car.

A/n: I know it's been a long time but here's an update. I'm hopping to update more now that I'm on break but don't hold me to that. Not much of a cliffhanger but I have something in mind for the next chapter. I wonder who's next to find out. Until next time✌🏻
