Love Has No Bounds

Sasuke

He awoke to a mother singing a lullaby to him. Within just mere minutes of birth he already knew he was born into a time of war. He looked at his father and saw a young man who he knew was to be a god father but a harsh sensei. Sasuke smiled and reached for him.

Sasuke was nearly three years old. He was already a very impressive young fire bender under his father's instruction. That was when he was brought to a warship and sent with his father to raid the Southern Air Temple. He had never been outside the fire nation so of course as a young child he was excited. That was until they got to one home and was told to wait outside. He did as he was told.

Sasuke decided to scout out the whole outside of the house. He knew whoever was in the house was being killed because he heard the screams. He jumped a little but was soon laughing as well; anyone who defies the Fire Nation would be punished. then the screams fell silent. Shortly after, he saw a small blonde girl with whiskers start crawling. Their eyes locked and Sasuke immediately recognized the spirit within. However, he could not remember the name; a side effect of being reincarnated, I suppose.

Sasuke knew she was the child of the people inside the house his father had just raided. He suddenly felt very guilty. He heard his father calling for him so he pushed the girl back inside. "If he finds you, He'll kill you. Get back in there and don't move or make a sound. But don't worry. I'll find you again someday. I promise!"

The girl retreated back inside, just in time because Sasuke's father came over. "There you are. How many times have I told you to come when I call you. I thought you were ambushed, Sasuke."

"I'm sorry, Father. I wanted to scout around a little, but I found nothing useful," Sasuke said. His father sighed. he picked Sasuke up and put him on his shoulders.

"Let's go, Sasuke," he said and as they walked off Sasuke looked back and saw the girl peep out of the hole and run as fast as she could into the bushes, disappearing into the night. He would find her, he knew. He had to. He promised her and knew that now that hes remet his lover, he will always pursue her.
