Sasuke woke up to see Narina sleeping peacefully in his arms. He remembered the day before and smiled; he wished he could do it all over again. However, soon he would have to leave to avoid suspicion that he had shipwrecked or turned his back on the Fire Nation. He sighed and shifted, accidentally waking his golden haired lover. "Mmmm..... Morning already?" He smiled and held her close as he hummed. "Yeah. But I need to talk to you. I'm going to have to leave soon. I don't want my comrades to come here and pillage the village. They'll be hunting for me if I'm gone for too long." He could tell she hated the thought because she fell limp in his arms. She looked into his eyes, her own dull with sorrow.

"Do you have to......?" Sasuke looked sad as he nodded. She buried her face in his chest and started crying. "Oh, Baby, don't cry. You could come with me." she shook her head and explained that she had to stay here and help care for the orphan children. He sighed,"Then I'll visit you every chance I get. I'll retire and move close to this area and we can be together." Again she shook her head; that would be too dangerous for everyone. He groaned and lay on his back trying to figure this out. He hated this. He had to find a way they can be together. That was when it hit him; he could send his men back with a note saying they we're ambushed by some rogues of their own nation and that he was killed. It would keep them from coming this way. And he could be with Narina. She seemed to like this idea and suggested that he write a letter explaining he faked his death to prevent people from coming to harass them.  He said he would consider it.

They lay there, not wanting to leave the side of the other. But soon Katara came in. "Come on you two. Get up and ready for the day. Sokka and I are going fishing. So Narina you're in charge." She set down some clothes and left the room before Sasuke got out of bed first, revealing how handsomely built he was from head to toe. Narina lay there in her night slip and she admired the tone of his body. He looked at her and smiled before walking to her side and kissing her gently. "I will never leave you again." She smiled and they got ready for the day. Sasuke set his plan in motion to stay here with Narina while Narina cooked meals for the little children whose mothers were no longer with them and whose fathers were out on the sea either fishing or fighting in the war.

Sasuke smiled and embraced his second in command. "I'll make sure that if you send me a letter saying you plan to marry I will tell your parents the truth." Sasuke nodded; he wouldn't mind them seeing him be married.  But what would be scary is the fact she's an airbender. He saw his men off before going inside to help his lover with the children. She seemed so happy to do what she does so he stayed out of her way and watched happily; she was going to be a great mother. He had no idea one of his men stayed behind in secret for one reason: to kill Sasuke.
