ELIZABETH
"Why didn't she tell me?" Braden sighed. "I had to find out from a guard."
"She obviously hates you." I stated.
He glared at me.
"Kidding." I defended. "Lighten up a little."
"I'm worried about her. I can't imagine what kind of trouble they're getting into."
"Oh my gosh, you don't think..." I started.
He stared at me.
"They're totally having sex."
Braden rolled his eyes. "She's trying to save our planet." He stated.
"Do aliens even have... those parts?"
"Stop it." He said.
"You've seen the way they look at each other."
He sighed.
I touched his shoulder and gave a friendly smile. "She'll be fine." I said. "You, on the other hand. You need to calm the fuck down."
I moved my hand up and down on his back, thoroughly enjoying the human contact.
He leaned his head on my shoulder.
Step one in winning back my boyfriend: complete.
Suddenly his posture straightened up. "That's their pod!" He exclaimed.
Instantly we were racing to the landing port.
Sara and the Alien were already out of the pod when we arrived. And they weren't alone.
I watched guards carry human people out of the pod. Not so healthy looking humans, but none the less. Our population in space was getting a bit bigger. I scanned for males of reasonable age and.. nothing. Braden remained my only option.
He walked up to Sara.
"What's going on?" He asked.
"Earth is in trouble. We've taken in the people who needed help most." She turned to Althazar. "I want a fleet of pods sent down for the rest of them." She ordered.
The alien nodded and moved to talk with some guards.
This chick was in control.
"Please tell me before you go next time. I would have come with you." Braden said.
She touched his arm. "You were better off here. We don't have to do everything together anymore."
He leaned in to kiss her.
I averted my eyes.
When I peaked up she was walking away, looking pissed off. I kinda wished I had seen what happened.
"What happened?" I shouted to Braden.
The slump of his shoulders told everything. Hahaha, she didn't let him kiss her! This was getting better and better.
I didn't have to seduce him. All I had to do was sit back and watch their relationship self destruct.
