The Mafias Daughter

Chapter 7

I wake up to my door opening and slamming.

I sit up and open my eyes. My father was pacing back and forth.

"Why would you go to a bar with football players and get drunk?"he yells.

He's angry. Fuck.

"Because I had a rough day."

"That doesn't explain why you should do that. As you may know I'm very angry with you. So my punishment is give me your gun. I know how much you love that thing so give it to me. You'll get it back in three weeks"he snaps.

I groan and hand him my gun. He takes it and puts it in his back pocket.

"Now I have to go. We've captured Jude. I have to torture him now." He walks out of my room slamming the door. I sigh and lay back on my bed.

3 weeks later
I slam a nerd against the locker and get close to his face.

"You want to say that again dork"I yell.

He shakes his head in fear. I chuckle and put my arm to his neck pushing him more to the locker.

"Good now I'll let you off with a warning. Next time you call me a bitch I'll rip your arms off and beat you with them"I snarl. He gulps and nods once more.

I let go and watch him run away. I bang my head against the locker. 

I get cleared out of  my thoughts when I hear someone say my name.

"Ashley stop your going to get a headache"a familiar voice says. I snap my head towards the person.

It was Ryder. He was frowning. I haven't talked to him in 3 weeks since what happened in the hospital and what he said to me.

"Leave me alone"I groan slamming my head once more against the locker.

I felt myself getting pulled away from the locker. I look up and meet Ryder's gaze.

"Stop please"he whispers. I only shake my head and push him away.

He stumbles back but catches himself before falling on the ground.

"I said leave me alone. And why care you didn't care three weeks ago when you called me out at school with Brooke"I sneer.

"Ashley please let me explain. I know what I did was wrong but can't we forget that and move on. Its in the past ash"he sighs.

"I will never forget that. Its stuck in my mind for the rest of my life. You humiliated me in front of the school."

"Ash please. I want to be friends with you. I want to annoy you everyday."

I shake my head and open my mouth ready to protest but Ryder stops me.

"I know what your going to say but please I'm just asking to be friends with you. Please say yes"he whispers in pain.

I look up into his eyes to see if he was lying. But I found no trace of him lying. He meant it.

I sigh in defeat. He's getting to me.

"Fine"I mumble. He looks up at me surprised.

"But you can't go and talk behind my back like you did"I add.

He nods and smiles.

"You won't regret it ash."

I only smile and nod.

I hope I won't regret this.
