Doctor Naomie Gray watch the handsome barista making another coffee to one of the customer. She is a regular customer in this Cafe, and ever since she met that barista she started to get interested of him. He has this sexy coal black eyes and long brunette hair which he secured them in a bun. He has this tattoo in his left arm and he really looks sexy. Being raise in a conservative family, she has been warn by her parents that never to trust men with tattoos in which she wonders why? They look sexy and tattoos doesn't define anyone's character?

Blushing as she duck her head as the barista notice her staring at him, those black eyes showed amusement and the way he smirks, made her melt. Damn her for being obvious, well she is not good at hiding either, her mom easily caught her lying.

Taking a last sip of her cafe latte she then place a tip on her table and soon grab her things and left the shop. She couldn't wait another coffee break to see the handsome barista, she only know his name, Steve, though she wonders if he has a girlfriend or a wife but she didn't see any ring. Smiling she then walk towards the entrance of the hospital and walk back to her office to finish her paper works.

Its her coffee break again and she couldn't wait to see her new eye candy, she just couldn't help herself to get excited whenever she see him. As she enters the establishment she then notice that it is not him standing behind the counter, it is one of his colleague, the woman name Clara as she remembers greeted her with a smile.

"Hello Doctor Gray, had a tough time?" She greeted "the usual order Doctor?"

"Yes sweety" slighty disappointed she smile to the sweet girl, she couldn't loathe the young woman she is being sweet to her and even concern of her health, so contradictory for she is the doctor here.

She then walk towards her usual seat and watch some people passing by and notice the familiar back of the barista. She then watch him move a little, and notice that he is smoking. Frowning as he enhale the scent of nicotine, she wanted to tell him that it is bad for the health but ahe doesn't want to tell him that she is no one to him.

"Here's your order Doctor Gray"

"Oh!" She watch her place a plate of chocolate truffle which she didn't order.

Noticing her questioning gaze Clara smiled as she place the tissue on her table "you never eat anything and you only drink coffee, it is not good for your health Doctor, Steve told me that the bill is his"

"Steve?"

"Yep, he told me you didn't eat anything and it is not good for your stomach full with caffeine so he insisted that the desserts will be on his tab"

"No, I can't accept that I will pay for it." Shaking her head "I don't want your boss knows that you are giving food to anyone and might compromise your work"

"Oh the boss is totally fine with it" smiling at her.

Wanted to argue to the young woman but Clara left the table as another customer got inside and now taking his order. Naomie look outside the shop and search for Steve but he wasn't there, she wanted to thank him for his good intention but she will not tolerate him doing that, his boss probably get mad at him and worse might suction him from his job. Her break is done as she finish her last piece of chocolate truffles, its really delicious. She then place a thank you note beside her empty mug and left the establishment.

Naomie could'nt stop herself to blame whenever she lose a patient, even though some of her colleagues telling her that she is not a God to do miracle but she wanted to let all her patients live. She takes her job personally and she became a doctor for she wanted to help those people. Her mother died when she was twelve from cancer and since then she promise to become a doctor to help those people who suffered from cancer to live and be with their families.

Though she had this thought that maybe she might have the possibility to have cancer but luckily as she keeps on taking care of her health she is healthy and she only had one problem is her ulcer. Placing her lab coat on the hatch amd grab her purse as she punch out from their time keeper. She then say goodbye to Heorth, their security guard, he is a nice guy and always makes her laugh.

She was about to cross the road when she saw Steve walking towards the hospita entrance with a dozen of red roses, a sudden pang of disappointment in her heart made her think that he has a wife there and probably waiting for him. She wonders what his wife's case be? Hmmm.... she is not nosy but her curiosity get the most out of her.

Taking her seat on her usual table she watch the rain pouring outside. She's been a little down, she haven't known the mystery person that Steve visiting but she felt a little heartbreak. He is serving her coffee and a slice of Red Velvet and seen her gloomy state, he frown and punch her bill in the cashier box.

"Here's your coffee and cake, miss Naomie"

"Oh! Thank you"

She didn't look at him in the eye that made him puzzled. Naomie always look at him in the eye and he love her hyper self. Steve wonders if maybe its about her job, he heard that she take it personally in terms to her work and she is so passionate with her job, that made him interested more of her.

Taking a seat from the opposite side of the table, he then place his own coffee as he watch the outside the window. She is interesting and clearly amusing. This woman is so independent, he wants to test her limits and when she is going to yeild her srubborness. He observes her from a far, he followed her home because he wants to know that she is safe though he may look like a stalker but he could not help himself not to worry. She is the first woman who brought out his over protectiveness side. Surely Naomie Gray is one hell of a challenging woman and he loves challenge.

Hearing her muttering about functions of the nerves and the brain damage, probablybone of her patient's case. Clearly she is ignoring him as if she didn't notice him sitting accross her and the way she takes her cup coffee it is as if she doesn't want to touch him. Something that annoys him, she's never been like this to him and he likes her quirky side, when the way she is flirting with him accidentally. One thing that Steve knows for sure, he wanted to know more about Naomie Grey.
