Chapter 3: Roar

Night
Inside the weapon shop

Argh... I need a weapon that's smaller." Hak says as he looks for a smaller dagger inside the weapon shop.

"Ah! Wha?! Hak-sama?! What are you thinking, going through my merchandises in the middle of the night?!" The store owner exclaims.

"Sorry, old man. I woke you up, huh?" Hak apologizes.

"No, that's not the problem. My doors are broken."

"I want a dagger and a bow." Hak demands.

"Are you going hunting?"

"...Yeah. I'm leaving. I may be out for a while..." Hak trails off. "Sorry for the trouble." He then gives the money to the owner.

"You're actually paying for it?! You always put it on your grandfather's credit though!"

"Old man. Thanks for all you've done. Live a long life." Hak says and exits the store.

"...You seem to have calmed down a bit, stupid Raijuu."

At the mansion

"Han-Dae has returned!" Tae-Woo announces and both Yona and Mana wake up from the announcement.

Later, Tae-Yeon drinks the medicine as Yona, Mana, Tae-Woo, two villagers, and Han-Dae who is lying on the floor from exhaustion.

"Are you all right, Tae-Yeon?" Yona asks.

"Han-Dae, you were super fast." Tae-Woo says as he gives Han-Dae a thumbs up.

"Leave it to Han-Dae..." Han-Dae says.

"Does it hurt? Is there anything you want?" Yona asks Tae-Yeon.

"Thank you. But I'm okay." Tae-Yeon says as he smiles.

Then everyone in the room aw in the room from Tae-Yeon cuteness except for Mana who has a light blush on her face, and Yona and the two villagers snuggles the young boy.

"Ahhh, you're the cutest little thing ever!"

"Let me squeeze you~!"

"Let me hug you~!"

"Ugh!" Han-Dae grunts as he faints on the floor and Tae-Woo looks at him.

"Han-Dae, live!" He says and stands up. "Okay, I'm going to go express my sympathy to the merchants and then bury this corpse."

"I'm going to live." Han-Dae says as Tae-Woo carries him away. Yona watches Tae-Woo and Han-Dae leave, causing Mana to look at her and pats her head.

"It'll be okay. Hak and I are with you." Mana says as she stands up and walks away.

"Nee-sama?" Yona calls.

"I'm just getting fresh air." Mana replies.

When she reaches to Mundok's room, Mana stops near the doorway and stares at it before going back to Tae-Yeon's room.

"Are you going to leave Hime-sama here, Mana-sama?" Mundok asks and Mana stops before turning around to see that Mundok is behind her. "You're the only family member Hime-sama rely on."

"Mundok-san... All I want is to protect Yona. Her being here, I don't have any worries for her." Mana says and for the moment, Mundok stares at her before he sighs.

"First Hak then you, I feel like I'm losing two of my grandchildren." Mundok says.

"When did he consider me as his grandchild?" Mana thought.
