Chapter 13: The Night History is Made

"The boats at the harbor... have started to move." Shin-Ah says.

"All right, you brats..." Gi-Gan says. "Let's bring this to an end right now."

In one of Kum-Ji's ships

A day before, Yona and Yoon met the evil lord after hearing Yona's hair color. Right now, the abducted females and Yoon are blindfolded and keep inside a chamber on one of Kum-Ji's ships.

"The boat has started to move." Yoon thought.

Just then, Ao comes out of his dress.

"Ao, this way." Yoon whispers to the small animal and Ao goes down on Yoon's arm before it chews on the ropes. Once his hands are free, he helps the rest of the females with their ropes. "...Yona, let's go."

"Yes." She replies.

Outside of the chambers, the official who is standing guard on the other side of hears commotion and slides the door open.

"Hey! What's all the commotion?!" The official questions but stops as the females are all sitting. "Huh?"

Below him, Yoon positions his straw at the man and shoots something on his neck.

"UGH! Wh-what was that?!" He says as he touches where Yoon shot and when the official gets into the rope hoop, Yona pulls the rope making him to trip. "You little..." The man then draws out his sword at her. "You think you can get away with that and live?! Behave yourselves...!"

Just then, Yoon conks the official's head causing him to fall and unconscious. The females then take off their blindfolds and sees the unconscious man on the floor.

"Close the door! Hurry!" Yoon orders and they shut the door.

"I-Is he dead?" One of the woman asks.

"No, I hit him with an anesthetic needle from the start, so he just fainted. He won't wake up for another 12 hours with this."

"Honestly... are you planning on escaping?" One of the females asks and when she lays her eyes on Yona, she is shaking. "You're shaking... and your legs is injured too, isn't it? Even with that, you were able to do that. Why?"

"...I... came to help you all." Yona says. "Letting my comrades know where this boat is located is my job. Just hold on. We'll help you without fail."

"Let's go." Yoon tells her.

"All right."

"W... wait." The woman says and remember Yona's words.

"Haven't you ever wanted to change this town?"

"I... I will help too."

Once they got out of the chamber, they barely see any Kum-Ji's men on the boat.

"We're lucky. It looks like all the men fighting forces have been stationed by other boats." Yoon says.

"From here, we just need to climb the stairs and get up onto the deck. Captain Gi-Gan will begin to move, which will distract the officers there, and we'll quickly set off the fireworks."

"So, will you be okay? Um..."

"Yuri. I can't let children like you do something as dangerous going up against the officers alone."

"I'm Yoon. Don't you do anything to ruin our plan, okay?"

"I'm... uh... Lina." Yona calls as she uses the fake name that Hak gave her at Fuuga. "And this little guy who chewed the ropes without a peep is Ao."
