The Bee made sure to close her blind curtains so nobody would see or hear and made sure the door was locked, nobody could enter. She could see gold, yellow, and black sparks in her view point as she closed her eyes. Once she reopened them she saw nothing, until she looked on her bed and there lay her kwami.
"Bea? Are you okay?" Chloe scooped her kwami up, looking for signs of life. Then it hit her, she needs food!
Chloe set the kwami down on her bed gently and ran to her purse. She quickly rummaged through her purse and found a small jar of amber honey she always carried around. She opened the lid and smelled the scent immidiatly.
Her kwami seemed to smell it too, she flew to her slowly.
"I know Bea, you don't have to wait any longer." She poured some of the amber liquid in the lid as she gave it to her kwami who smiled weakly. Chloe grinned as the kwami ate happily.
"Chloe?"
Chloe jumped.
"Chloe, this is my fourth time at your doorstep honey. What's going on, is there something wrong?"
"Daddy?"
The kwami hid inside the sheets of Chloe's bed. Chloe ran up to the door and opened it to reveal her father. He smiled brightly down at her.
"There you are! Dinner is downstairs, it's getting cold." He said.
"I'm not hungry daddy." Chloe replied frowning inside.
"Oh come on, you always eat dinner." He said putting a hand on her shoulder.
"Maybe I can have my servant bring you your dinner so you can eat it up here, is that okay for you?"
"Yeah! That's great! Thank you daddy!" She embraced him before closing the door. She dropped on to the ground and sighed.
"Chloe, you okay?" Bea questions now floating in front of her.
Chloe nodded cracking a crooked grin as the door knocked again. Bea flew into Chloe's yellow jacket/pocket as she opened the door.
She took the plate off of the butlers hand as she mumbled a thank you in response. Once the door was closed and locked, Chloe stared at the plate of lobster risotto in front of her.
She shook her head as she threw the contents in the garbage bin nearest to her as she sat on her bed.
Bea gave Chloe a concerned look as she looked into her ocean blue eyes.
"Chloe, is there something wrong?" Bea asked.
"I-I just thought that he would apoligize for earlier. Of course he wouldn't!" Chloe said suddenly getting angry.
"Just take your focus off of him Chloe! It's the best thing for you to do right now. He'll apoligize in time, now calm down!" Bea smiled.
Chloe smiled at her new kwami. She was right. It won't be easy though, but she knew she can do it. Bea then embraced her in a tiny yet warm hug.
"Thank you Bea." Chloe said touching her miraculous.
Now what would tomorrow bring her?
