Cara's POV

I was soooo excited about this house. I know I live literally like two houses away, but I've never actually explored too much. My camera was getting so many cool pictures too. We were about to go climb in through the window when I heard a voice,

"Guys get over here! We found something cool!" Lefty yelled out to Mercy, Molly, and I.

We ran over to find Flick and Lefty standing at a well, "It's the well from the story you told us for the umpteenth time, Cara!" Molly said sarcastically.

"Come on, I didn't tell it that many times."

"Stop the bickering you two," Mercy butted in.

"G-guys what's that sitting on the well?" Sponk stuttered out. We all looked over at the well not remembering anything on it. Sure enough, there was a creepy looking doll sitting on top of it. It looked like it was a hundred years old. She was a wearing a raggedy dress and her hair was all over the place. Did I mention she only had one eye too? Oh and the burn marks all over her body?

Flick screamed and the rest of us took a step back. We were all a little nervous at this point until Mercy started laughing, "Aww man, that was a good one! I can't believe you all fell for that!"

I was slightly relieved. I wasn't all that scared, to be honest, but obviously, Flick and Sponk were. He tried hugging onto Molly, but she practically punched him in the face. Do not hug Molly, I repeat do not hug Molly. She hates it. And if you're wondering no Molly and Sponk are not dating. Sponk is just extremely clingy.

Anyway, Lefty was just breathing heavily and trying not to laugh. Mercy was still laughing of course. Molly looked like she was going to kill Mercy, but all she did was say, "Jerk."

Mercy responded with, "Bitch," and continued laughing.

Once everybody contained themselves, Lefty said," Mer, I don't think it was the greatest idea to touch the doll. That looks like the one the little girl had when she died and the ending of the story does say not to touch the doll.."

"Meh, It's probably fake, so it doesn't matter," Mercy replied back.

"If you die it's not my fault honey," Molly said back.

Mercy shrugged and we all walked back to the house.

"Mer," I said, "If you get possessed or some shit I'm not helping you and that's a promise."

She replied, "Come on Cara, you know you love me too much to let the ghost girl get a hold of me whether I touched the doll or not."

I rolled my eyes, again. I showed the group where I found the window, but before we could climb through Sponk had to interrupt, "Guys, I don't think this is a good idea. I mean the front door is locked. It's probably locked for a reason. Maybe someone is living here."

"Sponk, we've been through this already. Cara told us that nobody has lived here for years," Flick reasoned.

"Yeah, come on man, grow a pear," Mercy added in. I chuckled a bit, "C'mon let's go in."

It was kind of hard to get through the window because we had to jump a little and try not to cut ourselves on the glass. Molly had the most difficulty going through because of how tall she is. She's a freaking giant.

Once we all got in the house, Lefty started her camera. I took my camera out too because this place was too awesome. Inside, there were bookshelves laying across the floor, paper and trash all over the place, and the furniture was all torn up.

I was in the kitchen looking around when I heard a very girly scream. I run to the place where I heard it and I found Sponk standing on a counter top looking down.

"C'mon man you scared me," Mercy said as she ran in.

"S-sorry, there was a ra--- THERE IT IS AGAIN!!" He said while jumping onto Molly as she ran in too. She fell to the ground as he randomly threw his weight onto her. She did not look happy at all.

"Really Spencer? (OOHH first name!) This is my favorite pair of jeans!" Molly pushed Sponk off. He got off her and started mumbling apologies.

"Hey, where did that rat go, anyway?" Mercy pointed out and right on cue Lefty came through the doorway with something in her hands.

"Hey, guys look what I found!" She said as she lifted up the same rat that scared Sponk half to death. Sponker screamed again and we all shushed him.

"Dude if you keep screaming like that, the police are going to come," Flick whisper-yelled.

"Okay, guys come on I want to go upstairs," I said to the others. We all went upstairs, as a group this time. There was one bathroom with three different bedrooms upstairs. all the doors were either open or broken, except one, which was even locked.

"WE SHOULD GO IN!!" Molly and I said

"NOOOO DON'T!!" Sponk exclaimed terrified. Just then, the door slowly creaked open and we all screamed, even Lefty's new pet rat seemed to squeal in fear.

Suddenly, there was a scream behind us, we turned around to see Mercy's eyes rolling completely back, showing only white. I had to pinch myself to make sure this was real. Mercy stopped screaming and all of sudden wailed, "Where is my doll? Have you seen her? Daddy won't be happy with me!"

Flick obviously had enough of the horror house and ran out the door screaming. Sponk, I think peed himself again and jumped on me instead of Molly, probably because I was closer to him.

"HEY!" I screamed, "GET OUT OF MERCY!!"

As I was saying this, Mercy spoke in a weirdly high-pitched voice and said, "I don't want to hurt her, I swear, as long as you help me get rid of my daddy so I can be free all of you will leave this house alive and this girl won't get thrown down into the well with my very own body..."

"So, you want to get away from your dad? I don't see him... " Molly said as Mer--err this little ghost girl runs away.

"Hey! Get back here! We weren't finished!" I said.

"But Daddy will get you!" she called, "Follow me!"
