January. 21st. 2017. I prefer to say it is still winter. However, Holland Michigan gone crazy or something? Is it the end of the world? Or Is it because of the Global Warming? For some reason, today, yes, today when it is suppose to be middle of winter, felt like Spring already. Another Saturday, me doing ordinary things.... but Holland, Michigan said "Nope! Go out and hang out with friends."
Usually, this time of the day, in Holland Michigan, it is like sub zero Celsius. Even yesterday, it was about 0 degrees Celsius. Yet today, when I woke up, it didn't feel like winter anymore. For weeks, it felt like Holland was getting warmer and warmer, and today it marked it on my weather app. Just weeks ago, it was -15 degrees, yet today it was 15 degrees. YES 15 DEGREES! ABOVE ZERO! How could this be?
I go out. Eat some lunch. And I see people walking and playing outside. Some just hanging out and chatting, while sitting on a bench, while most are playing frisbee and lying on the hammock outside the Pine Grove (a park-like area in our school). Such a nice weather, yet it feels weird. Because once in a while I will be thinking, Isn't it Winter still?
A peculiar experience, it is. Yet, it is nice to step back once in a while from school and join the nature by just relaxing and enjoy the light breeze. Maybe a gift from God, maybe it isn't anything but Global Warming. But to me, it isn't anything but just Saturday and for me to do my homework :P (D**M IT)
PS: Sorry for the foul language at the end. Hope you like this short "blog" or something. It was such a weird experience today, and I just wanted to share with you. Although, a nice weather, it still means nothing to me but to do my homework. ㅠㅠ Anyways hope you enjoyed reading this funny yet short chapter :)
