That's when I come face to face with...

"Dad! What are you doing?" I shout viciously.

"Look Em, I know your mad about it, but your mom and I need to tell you something" dad says.

"Dad, this- this doesn't even begin to tell you how mad I am! Do you know how worried my friends are gonna be? Half of them are gonna be mad at me when I get back to school on Monday because we were all suppose to spend the weekend together! And I need to pick my bag! I would have loved if you just called me instead making me think that I was gonna be kidnapped!" I say.

"Your mom is pregnant" he spits out. I look at him in shock.

"How long has she been pregnant?" I ask.

"About a month" he answers. I look down.

"Why didn't you tell me sooner?"

"We didn't know when you should tell you. But now you know. Your gonna be a big sister, Emily!" He says. I smile.

"When are you gonna find out the gender?" I ask.

"In about 2 and a half weeks" he answers. My own brother or sister. That's incredible.
