Chapter 14

Jeni' P.O.V

It was about 6 P.M when I reached home. It was raining outside, the rain reminded me of that day when that old cute nerdy Christo came to my house for the first time and he sang this town. You know I miss that old Christo, I am insecure but I don't know what for, I always have a fear of loosing him. I don't know what he feels for me.

While I was busy thinking about him suddenly my phone started buzzing it was Allie (my best friend). I don't even remember when I last called Allie after I met Christo. The last time I called Allie was on the first day of university when she asked me how the university is.

'Jeni' she shouted on the phone, I know she is angry at me but what can I do I was so busy with Christo these day's
'Calm down' I said
'What the hell, you say me to calm down,how could you just ask me to do that, Jeni you know what I think you have replaced me with some one, I think now you don't need me' she yelled at me nonstop
'I am so sorry' I said pleading
'You are sorry' she yelled again
'Please, I was busy with all the project work(I lied), you are always my best friend and no one can replace you
(I did not tell him about Christo because Christo was more closer to me than she was and telling her about him would make her more angry)'
'Ok ok, I love you too, and now lets come to the point, you know X factor's audition are going on and I am so excited that the new season will start soon, you know I love singing yay! Btw another important thing is that my birthday is coming soon, only one month is left and I am planning a grand party, what do say.' She said
'thats great to hear that X factor is coming back I would be waiting to see it and the idea about the grand party is awesome, ok bbie talk to you later' I said

This whole X factor thing was all over my mind and then I got an idea and I immediately called Christo

'What a pleasent surprise' he said as he answered my call
'I have great idea' I said
'Ahh you and your ideas'
'Shut up, now listen you are such a good singer'
'Yeah, so..' he answered confused
'What so, why don't you audition for X factor' I said raising my voice
'Are you mad or something is wrong with you' he said
I ignored him and further added,'the auditions are going in our city, meet me tomorrow as we are going for the auditions and dont forget to get your guitar as you are going to sing This Town'
'Wait dont you think this is too fast' he said
'No, this is a golden opportunity for you, don't miss this chance' I said cutting the call.

Christo' P.O.V

No never I am not going to audition for X factor but I have no choice. Ahh but I can't do anything, I have to practice atleast for the audition.
The whole night I sat rehearsing the song.

The next morning I was lying on my bed it was about seven in the morning when suddenly some one started knocking the door of my room.

I opened my door
'Ahh its you Jeni' I said horrified
'Yeah its me' she said hugging me
'You know your audition is at eleven I have registered for you online' she said
'Ohk and who all are going to judge me' I asked
'There would be 3 judges as usuall' she said.
