Olivia, April, and I were riding in a car, I guess to the lab.
"Hey Sophie, who will you pick as your first Pokemon? I'm going with Fennekin!" Olivia said.
"Mines a secret." April said.
Who will I choose to start over? I've never owned a Pokemon.
"I have no idea how it works." I said. They were both surprised.
"No idea? Well, Fennekin is a starter for all Trainers here in Kalos. Then there's Chespin, and Froakie." Olivia explained.
"Froakie?" I asked. Who knew that Froakie, which used to be my friends until they evolved, would be a starter?
"Is that who you choose? Awesome!" Olivia said.
I swaetdropped. I was only pointing that out to myself! Do I have a choice now?
"We're here!" April said.
There was a huge building with a glass roof, and double doors.
We got out of the car, which drove away when we exited.
"Come on! Come on!"
Olivia said, and she started running in.
We opened the doors, and there were multiple bookshelves, and an overhang balcony inside, which overlooked the bookshelves.
"Hello? Is the professor here?" Olivia and April asked.

"Hello, you must be the new Trainers." We heard a voice from the right hallway. "Oh, hi! My names Olivia. This is April and Sophie." Olivia introduced us. I think I'll let them do the talking.
"Ok. To start, there are three Pokémon a Trainer must choose to start their journey." As he said that, a Fennekin, Chespin, and Froakie came from the same hallway the Professor came from. Then his assistant came in with a tray, with three little devices, and 18 tiny Pokeballs.
"As you journey, if you meet a Pokémon who you do not know, you can identify it with the Pokedex." He explained. Olivia, April, and I picked up the Pokedex.
I pointed the camera at all three Pokémon, which the thing identified.
"Prof. Sicamore, We've decided on the way here." April said.
"Well, go on." The professor gestured to them, and Olivia went first.
"Ok." She took a deep breath, and walked over to the small, orange and red fire type.
"Fennekin, will you be my partner?" Olivia asked it.
Fennekin stood there for a second, then jumped with joy right into her arms. April went next.
She walked over to the small grass type.
"C-Chespin? Will you be alongside me on our journey?" She asked formally. So formal.
Chespin looked happy as well. Looks like..
I'm really nervous.
"Froakie?" I asked, as I bent down.
"Will you be my friend?" I asked.
We both stood there, staring at each other.
Then, Froakie took me off guard as it jumped happily into my arms. I'm so happy I might cry.
"Here are your Pokeballs, and Froakie's Pokeball." Prof. Sicamore said, as he handed me the tiny contraptions.
"Ok. Are you ready Fennekin?" Olivia asked her new partner, and returned it into the Pokeball.
"Chespin, ready to go?" April asked her new partner, and returned it into the Pokeball. Now my turn.
"Ok, Froakie." I said, and held out the Pokeball, which sent out a red beam of light that retrieved Froakie into the Pokeball.
"Have a nice journey, girls." Prof. Sicamore said, as we exited the lab.
"I'm so excited!" Olivia yelled out with joy. "I'm so excited I can run all the way to the trail!" She explained. My kind of girl.
"I'll race you!" I said. I haven't raced in a long time. Especially after...
"It's a deal!" She said.
"Wait! I can't run that fast!" April said.
"Then I'll just drag you! Let's go!" I said, grabbed Aprils wrist and bolted off, leaving Olivia off guard.
"Sophie! Wait up!" She yelled.

F1 POV:
I've found out that girls name is Sophie. She seems kind of strange.
I followed the group to this huge building.
After about an hour, they exited.
"I'm so excited!" One of the girls said.
"I'm so excited I can run all the way to the trail!" She explained. Nobody can outmatch Vee. Not even-
"I'll race you!" Sophie said. Vee always challenged fast people to races. Let's see.
"Then I'll just drag you! Let's go!" Sophie said, grabbing one of the girls wrists and running so fast that the girl she was dragging barely had her feet on the ground.
"Hey! Sophie! Wait up!" The girl said.
Once Sophie passed me, I started running. If I can't beat her, something's up.
