The One With This Courage

Part title

"It looks like it might storm tonight, so, no sleeping outside tonight you two!" Olivia pointed at F1 and I.
"What? A little rain isn't going to stop me!" F1 said.
"Yeah, what's wrong about a little rain?" I asked.
"Oh, it's not just a little. There's going to be a-"
Before she finished, there was a huge boom of thunder.
"Thunderstorm." She finished. The sky was turning dark gray, making it more dark than it already was. Then rain started pouring down like there was no tomorrow. Olivia and April covered their heads with their arms, while F1 and I just stood there. F1 looked at me as if asking "Are they afraid of rain?" I just shrugged.
"Kyah! It should've started raining later!" Olivia complained.
I cupped my hands and let the rain fall. Before I knew it, my hands were full of water. I got an idea~
I threw the water onto F1. He got surprised and fell back into a muddy puddle.
"Hey! What was that for?!" He asked.
I held back the urge to laugh. I just covered my mouth. But, it was too funny and I burst out laughing.
"Why you.." he said, and threw a handful of water from the puddle at me.
"Hey! Quit it!" I said while still laughing. Before I could get back at him for that, the back of my hoodie was grabbed and I was being dragged away by Olivia. F1 stayed back laughing his head off.
"This is no time for fun and games Sophie! We need to find shelter!" She said.
It's not that bad-" I said, and then the thunder sounded, and it was so loud it shook the ground.
Olivia glared at me. "Ok! It's pretty bad..." I said. She let go of my hoodie.
We all sat under a tree, while Olivia flipped through her travel guide.
"Oh, there's a Ranch not too far away! I bet they'll let us in for the night." Olivia said.
"Ok, let's go!" April said She seemed to lighten up when Olivia said that.
I didn't want to leave the tree, but I guess I had no choice.
Olivia led us down the trail, and soon enough we were at the Ranch's doorstep. Olivia knocked, and a woman with a farmers outfit and her daughter, who was maybe the same age as me, answered.
"Hi! Umm, it's really raining out here, and we would like to know if you would let us stay the night here?" She asked kindly. I just notices that the woman's daughter was staring at me. Very, creepy.
"Sure! We do get a lot of guests here, because it rains too much. Make yourself at home!" She said, and widened the door for us.
"Follow me to the guest room." The daughter said, and led us to the attic, where there were only two beds.
"Oh, well. Guess it's outside for me then!" I said, and Olivia grabbed the back of my hoodie. "Not on my watch! You can sleep on the floor, like you do at the Pokemon Center." She said. Dang it!
"You can sleep in my room." The daughter suddenly said. We all turned to her. "No, I'm fine, really. I don't like beds, or anything." I said.
"Its small in here. You can sleep on the floor in my room." She said.
"No, she's ok in here." We all looked around the somewhat spacious attic.
"I insist." The daughter said. Why are they arguing about where I can sleep? "Umm, I think I should decide where I should sleep." I said. "Man, I think your in the middle of a 'love triangle'." F1 whispered to me. I sweatdropped. Now I really do want to sleep outside.
"F1, help!" I whispered back. "Sorry, I can't help but watch." He said. What a friend he is.
"I guess it's my room then." The daughter said, and wrapped one of her arms around one of mine. Then she dragged me out of there. "F1, don't let me suffer!" I whisper yelled. I could tell he was holding back a laugh, and Olivia had her arms crossed and looked mad.

In her room, I was on the floor, and she was on the bed.
"My name is Veronica, what's yours?" She asked, seeming happy.
"Sophie." I said. I think I might be murdered tonight. She seems, Yandere. Yep, she's that kind of girl.
"Do you have Pokemon? I am old enough to get one, but, my mom won't let me until I'm 13." She explained.
"I do." I said, And kind of slouched. This room had one color;
Pink.
Everything. Walls, Carpet, and even the ceiling and the ceiling fan was, pink. Everything you could name that's in a girls room was pink. I hate pink.
Olivia tried to make me put on a pink jacket once. She said it would look nice on me. F1 laughed, while April had a straight face and Olivia had sweatdropped. I got the signs.
I had just noticed that I heard no rain. I looked out the window.
There were no clouds, just stars. And everything reflected the light of the stars because of the rain.
"I'm going outside!" I said happily, and ran out of her room and straight out of the front door. I closed it softly behind me, and looked at the sky.
Despite it being midnight, it was like there was sunlight from the stars.
I laid against a fence post by the trail, despite the ground being a little damp, and forgot about everything that just happened. It was so nice out. I want to fall asleep out here, but I hope it doesn't rain again.
