"Yeah, I guess so." I said. But, it felt like F2's was stronger.

I finally made it to where April and Olivia were. They were battling each other.
"Fennekin, use scratch!" She said. Fennekin approached Chespin.
"Chespin, use Vine whip!" Chespin countered Scratch, and left Fennekin fighting to land the hit. It gave up, and jumped back, so Chespin couldn't countinue the Vine whip attack.
"Your friends have... then that means.." he said, and glared at me.
"What.. is.. it?" I asked, and sweatdropped.
"Are you a trainer now?" He asked.
"Well, I, uhm.. I don't really know what that means, but.." I pulled out the marble sized Pokeball and pushed the button to enlarge it.
"You, actually, have.." he trailed off. Is he mad? I hope not.
"I'm actually not surprised." He said. WHAT THE $&@%!!!!
"You're, not, mad?" I asked.
"No, plus. You can battle me when you're mad."
I facepalmed. Is he really that serious.
"So, which one did you get?" He asked.
"Well, you met him already." I said, and dropped the Pokeball. When it hit the ground, the blue light released Froakie.
"What? It's him?!" F1 said. "Yes, please don't be mean." I said. I don't want anything bad to happen. "Hey! It's you!" Froakie said. He recognizes F1 as someone who wants to hurt me, I guess.
"Water Pulse!" Froakie commanded itself, and was gonna hit F1. I doubt it would do any damage.
"No, wait, Froakie! F1's one of my friends, remember?" I said. "Really? But, he.." Froakie trailed off, and the Water pulse was slowly disappearing.
"That was an accident." I explained.
"Okay, I believe you." He said, and the water pulse completely disappeared.
"It wasnt like that water pulse would do anything, anyway." F1 said, and turned away.
"What?!" Froakie said. I can tell that they might just argue, a lot.
"I'm going to go to Olivia and April, I guess." I said.
"Okay!" Froakie said, and jumped onto my shoulder. I can tell that F1 is, maybe, just a little bit, jealous.
I walked from the corner of the bushes and I was noticed immediately.
"SOPHIE!! WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN?!?!" Olivia yelled. I sweatdropped. I can sense that F1 is about to laugh.
"Uhh, just walking, on, the, trail?" I said.
"I can tell you're lying!" She said. "Hmm, Tell ya what. We can settle this with a battle! If I win, you tell me the truth, and if you win, I'll believe what you said.
"Deal!" That wasn't me...
Froakie jumped off of my arm, ready to battle. "Let's go!" He said, and I guess I was forced to battle, and F1 is here to watch.
I stood at one end of the field, and Olivia stood at the other, our Pokemon in front of us.
"First move?" She asked. "Go ahead." I said.
"Alright, Fennekin, use Flamethrower!" She said. Did Fennekin learn a new move?! I guess so.
"Dodge it!" I said, and my throats tightened up. I was lucky to have said that, because he dodged it successfully. I feel like I'm betraying F1.
Now I have to pretend that he's not here. I can't just stand here and do nothing.
"Jump above it and use Pound!" I said.
Froakie jumped above Fennekin, and when it was about to use pound..
"Fennekin, Flamethrower!" She said.
"Change to Cut!" I said. Froakie cut through the Flamethrower, taking little damage, and hit Fennekin. There was a small dust cloud.
Fennekin looked like it may faint any minute, and Froakie looked like he had barely taken any damage.
"Were finished! You win." Olivia said, returning Fennekin. I returned Froakie also.
"You should battle me sometime, but I'd doubt you'd win." F1 came up behind me and lightly punched my shoulder.
"Even I'd doubt it." I said.
"Sophie! We have to start moving again." Olivia said. I guess I have to continue on our journey.
"I have to go, I mean, I'm going with them." I said.
"Can I come?" F1 asked.
Did he just ask, if he could come with me, on this journey? I mean, I would like him to come, but, like a friend. I don't want Olivia or April to think he's, I don't know!
"I really don't care." I said, scratching the back of my head.
"I guess it's a yes then!" He said happily.
"I guess it is!" I said.
