"Hurry up Hunk. You're sooooo slow." Lance opening his wings to their widest, slowing himself down to turn to face his friend.
"Have you ever considered you were flying too fast?" Hunk flapped his short yet thick wings. Catching up to his impatient friend. "Besides we're getting too far from the Cloud shouldn't we turn back before we get in trouble or even worse run out of magic energy?"
"No way! I'm the best angel in the Cloud. There's no way I'm going to be scared of running out of magic." Lance bluffed puffing out his chest.
Hunk sighed, convincing Lance was useless. "We still shouldn't have left Pidge be-" Hunk was cut off by a swift flap of wings. He didn't need to turn to know who it was. If they were on ground he was sure he'd be stomping.
"You left me.." The voice of the young angel reached Lance's ear. He shivered sensing anger in his voice. Lance slowly turned around to face the smaller angel. "You know I can't fly as fast as you two!" Pidge stated, crossing his arms.
"Well you could have just used some of you magic spells or whatever to catch up." Lance quickly looked at Hunk for back up.
"Lance it's not spells, and you know it doesn't work that way." Pidge said for probably the 100th time, Lance never seemed to listen.
"Angel magic is very limited." Hunk nodded in agreement with Pidge.
"You should know we can only fly and listen to life. Even then we still need a main magic source." Pidge began explaining. "Though my magic may be more than the average angel. By now you should have already gotten it into your head, that I can't fly as well as you two."
Lance sighed and rolled his eyes at Pidge's lesson. He had pasted up from the lowest angel ranking (even if it only was because the top angel of the rank add dropped out. Though no one was told was actually happened.), he didn't need this. "Come on, Hunk and I were just having some fun. Right Hunk?"
Before Hunk could answer his expression changed to a dizzy, sick looking one. "Ugh, not again." Hunk muttered in a painful voice.
"Told you we were too far from the cloud.." Hunk was able to say before turning to hurl.
"Yeah.. I think we've been gone for way too long. We should head back." Pidge looked away from Hunk, not wanting to see the disgusting sight. Hopefully Hunk had not hit any unfortunate creatures down below on the ground.
"Yeah well I'm not feeling sick or tired or anything." Lance said trying to sound strong. They had obviously gone too far from the source of magic. They would need to go back to the Cloud's magic statue in order to recharge. Or they would fall from the sky and become Fallen. No angel would want to fall and be kick out of heaven, which happened from breaking the code or running out of energy. You would still face the same fate, as a fallen.
"Yeah well you can stay here and become a fallen." Pidge partly teased Lance. Lance looked towards Pidge with a worried face.
"I've heard some fallen get sucked into a place called Limbo and never return." Hunk stuttered out with a gulp. In response to Hunk, Pidge looked down.
Lance's expression was even more worried than before. "You know. I could use a recharge." He said, starting to flap his wings faster and kind of panicked, like every flap would have a large chance using up the rest of his energy and sending him to the ground. They were pretty high up. It was pretty hard to say he would survive to even become a Fallen.
Lance started zooming off. His wings moving almost as fast as he could move them. "I'll race you Hunk!" Lance shouted turning his head back to Hunk. It seemed Lance had just forgotten his worry. Flying was too much fun to hold on to worry while doing it.
Hunk shock his head, before his face sickened once again. He turned once more to hurl before flying after Lance.
Pidge who had not yet stopped looking down at the earth, stayed for a moment. His wings keeping him leveled and steady in the air. He sighed for turn towards the direction of the Cloud. "Wait up!" Pidge flew after them. Luckily since Hunk was slowed by his, low 'energy sickness' Pidge was able to catch up easily. Pidge looked at Hunk with a worried expression. It always seemed that Hunk reacted oddly to low magic. Pidge didn't seem to run out magic as fast as everyone else, and Lance would always just get tired or nervous.
Lance who was already way ahead of the two was almost to the cloud.

The Cloud was a large city like part of heaven. One part of many parts of heaven. This particular Cloud was for younger angels, new additions. But in some cases home to high ranked angels due to the large amount of magic that is produced magic producer, the magic statue, at the Cloud, which refuels energy by being near it. The magic statue is filled with high levels of magic, at least high for the current amount of magic angels use. Which to be honest isn't much compared to those angel ancestors had. The current angels can only fly and listen to any living creature. It's said that older angels could use spells similar to wizard spells. Angels need magic energy from a magic producer in order to continue to be an angel. Those who couldn't get to a magic producer in time or broke the angel code would kicked out from heaven, or would fall. This would make them a Fallen, an angel without magic. Fallens usually can't fly for long after falling from heaven, they're magic will most likely run out fast. Some say that Fallens get sucked into a place called Limbo which is the place between heaven and hell. It's quite rare that an angel becomes a fallen so it's considered a myth.
^-^ HI I'm making a new series that I actually plan on finishing!!! This is a Voltron au! This isn't canon, its a small preview to the real thing (this may not have actually happened in the real story) and mostly just something to explain how the universe works. Which will probably be explained more in the story. I own nothing of Voltron. The characters aren't mine. The story is partly mine since it'll be partly similar to the original but changed quite a bit to fit this au. Character backstories and plot will be edited. Voltron overall won't be the same Voltron. I want to make this new and unique from the actual Voltron so you people can read something fresh while we wait for the next season. I don't know how fast I'll be getting these out. It might take awhile since I'll most likely have to send out chapters like the episodes, I'll also have to rewatch episodes to get the plot. This will be very different yet very similar to the original Voltron. I'm not trying to copy Voltron this is just a fanmade au fanfic thing. I hope you enjoy this and it keeps you happy while we wait for season 2!
Also I'm still working on Hetalia fanfics (a Spamano, maybe gerita, and x reader) I'm also still making those trash Voltron x Reader because for some reason people like those XD.
