I trusted you and that was my mistake

I loved you and that is my pain

I miss you and that is my shame

You deceived me and that is your mistake

You lied to me and causes your pain

You see me all the time and I am your shame

I believed you so now I trust no one

I cared for you so now I have none

I felt something with you so now I feel nothing

You disgraced me so now you have fame

You felt nothing so now you feel the same

You did this before so you have no remorse

I long for things I no longer have

I have to work for the things I have

I am forever stained

You see me and laugh

You get everything you want

You are always a head in the game

I see you but no longer cry

I still work for what I got

I'm now leading this game

Your all worn out

Your lost in a crowd

You don't stand out

You and I are not the same

You and I have both changed

You crashed and burned

I worked and survived
