A Tragedy (Sans x Frisk)

Prologue

Hey guys I hope you had an awesome Halloween. I did, I was actually Sans for Halloween this year. Comment what you guys dressed up as I would love to hear it! Now on with the story!!!

SANS POV

-----------------5 Years Ago----------------
We made it. Frisk did it, a 13 year old got us to the Surface.
I look over at everyone. They all look so happy, They all started to cheer and talk to each other about what they are going to do now.
I look over at Frisk. She's just staring off at something. I walk over to her and say "Hey kiddo, what you lookin at?".
"The sunset" Frisk answers.
"Why?" I ask.
"Just thinking" Frisk answers.
"About what kiddo?" I ask
"About the future, and how happy everyone is." She answers.
I smile at her and ask "Hey kiddo can I ask you something?"
"You just did" she said.
I roll my eye sockets and ask "Are you going to reset?"
"What do you mean?" she asks.
"Like go back to when you fell in the Ruins" I said.
"Why would I ever do that" she said.
"I'm just asking kiddo but would you?" I ask.
"No" Frisk answers.
"Then promise me you won't" I ask.
"Sans" Frisk says as she takes my hands, "I promise no more Resets, I love being in this timeline... here... with you" she finishes.
I smile and say "Me too, just had to ask you know?"
She smiles and says "yeah I know."
The others ran over and pick up Frisk. They start to chant "Frisk is a hero!" over and over again. Frisk was just laughing and I was too. Seeing her happy makes me happy. Even if we never got to the Surface as long as she was smiling and not hurt I would smile too.
After they put Frisk down everyone started to go their separate ways.
Undyne and Alphys went to find a house so they could start this new life together.
Asgore went back to the Underground to tell the rest of the monsters the barrier has been broken.
Now it was just MTT, Toriel, Frisk, Pap, and me.
"So where are you guys going" I ask Toriel, Frisk, and MTT. Since I figured Papyrus and me would get a house together.
MTT responded "I'm going to start broadcasting my show everywhere on the Surface. Then maybe go on a tour."
"I was actually going to ask you and Papyrus if you can watch Frisk for a few days so me and Asgore can find a house so we don't have to rush?" Asked Toriel.
"WATCH THE HUMAN FOR A FEW DAYS? CAN WE SANS PLEASE? IT'LL GIVE US MORE TIME TO SPEND WITH THE HUMAN." asked Pappy.
Of course I said yes I would do anything to spend time with Frisk. Also we can actually spend time with her, without her trying to leave us.
"Yeah no problem Tori we can watch the kiddo, come-on kid let's go find a house." I said.
"OH YES YES YES, THANK-YOU BROTHER!" said Papyrus.
"Thank-you Sans, See you guys soon" said Tori.
"Bye mom bye MTT" said Frisk.
"Bye darlings" said MTT.
We all walked away from each other.
The three of us headed into town and found a pretty nice place that was affordable. I bought the house, that was already furnished mind you.
We all settled in, Frisk and I actually took a shortcut back to our old place and get our personal things and brought them back to the house.
Once everything was set we played some board games and get to know you games. Since we didn't know much about Frisk and vise versa. It was fun!
I found out that Frisk doesn't remember anything before the fall but her name, age, and morals.
Now it was time for bed I let Frisk sleep in my bed while I took the couch. Papyrus obviously got his own bed.
I fell asleep but I was woken up to movement. I didn't open my eyes though.
I heard someone say "I should have said this earlier but Thank-you Sans. This really means a lot to me."
By now I knew it was Frisk, I open my eyes to see that she's sitting on the end of the couch with my feet on her lap. I say "thank me? For what kiddo?"
"Thank-you for helping me in my journey to the surface and staying my friend even after we made it to the surface" Frisk said as she started to tear up.
I hugged her and said "Hey hey hey no need to cry. Of course I'd still be your friend. Your amazing, you even set me and my family free. You mean a lot to me kiddo, I couldn't help but loose you or your friendship."
Frisk hugged tighter and said "thank-you sans"
I said "your welcome kiddo"

--------------Sans Narration-------------

As the next two years went by and Frisk got older. I began to grow feelings for her, in other words I began to love her. She was beautiful, , strong souled, she was the entire package. I had always hoped she'd love me to.

---------------------Story---------------------

The day of the second anniversary of us getting to the surface. Everyone is coming over for a party, their also sleeping over afterwards or at least the monsters who want to.
After the party the people who stayed were Alphys, Undyne, Frisk, and of course me and Pap. It is our house after all.
We all played many games, it was getting late so we wanted to play one more.
"Oooo how about never have I ever?" Suggested Alphys.
"No we played that already" said Frisk.
"How about spin the bottle?" Suggested Alphys.
"Definitely not" I said. I thought 'not with the kid around'.
"Oh I got it, truth or dare" said Undyne.
"Yhea sure we can play that" I said.
"I WOULD LOVE TO PLAY TRUTH OR DARE!" said Papyrus.
"Sure, I'm in" said Frisk
"Me too" said Alphys.
"Alright let's get started" said Undyne.
We all sat in a circle, I was next to Pap and Frisk. While Undyne was next to Frisk. Also Alphys was next to Undyne and Pap.
Undyne was first, "Papyrus T or D?"
"UM THE GREAT PAPYRUS CHOOSES DARE" said Pappy
"Ok I dare you to, go outside, run down the street and yell "hello" and "hi". To annoy people." Said Undyne
Everyone laughed.
Papyrus got up and did just that everyone was laughing their bones out.
After a while of funny dares and interesting truths, it came down to the one dare I was dreading.
"Sans T or D?" said Undyne
"Dare" I said, I never regretted this decision.
"I dare you to do 7 min. In heaven with Frisk" said Undyne.
Alphys started to squeal.
Me and Frisk just had our mouths open.
I look at Frisk and she looked at me, it didn't help we were sitting next to each other.
"Fine only because it's a dare" I said. I stood up and held my hand out to help Frisk up.
We went up to my room and the timer was set. We both just sat on my bed for the first minute in silence.
I asked "what do you want to do for the next 6 minutes?"
"I want to tell you something." Said Frisk.
This made me nervous. I said "what is it?"
She said "I... I..." She started to tear up. She hugged me and said "I love you Sans."
I hugged her back and said "I love you too kiddo."
Frisk asked "Really?"
I said "of course I do, you mean so much to me. I wouldn't know what I would be doing right now if it wasn't for you, I really do love you."
Frisk was crying by now.
I said "Don't cry, it's a happy moment."
Frisk laughs and hugs me tighter.
We were there on my bed just hugging, it wasn't awkward, it was comforting.

---------------3 Years later----------------

Frisk and I are walking back to her house from the park. Their were fireworks going off there. I arranged it because today is Frisk's birthday, she turned 18 today. I'm planning on asking her to be my girlfriend tonight.
We came up to her house but before she went in I said "Sweetheart, I have a question to ask you"
"What is it?" Frisk asked.
"We've known each other for a little over 5 years now and I wanted to know if you wanted to be my girlfriend?" I asked.
Frisk started tear up, hug me, and say "yes" over and over again.
I hugged her back, kissed her cheek or at least my best imitation of one and said "I love you Sweetheart".
Frisk said "I love you too Sans"
We said bye to each other. Frisk went into her house and I took a shortcut home. I had the biggest, goofiest smile on my face. I went to sleep smiling that night.

The next day I woke up to an unsettling sight my room in Snowdin. I looked outside hoping to see the street I lived on and the apartments across the street but I was met with my overflowing mailbox and the snow of my old town of Snowdin.
It was a reset, something happened. (Gasp) Frisk!!!!
I got dressed and ran out to the door of the Ruins, and waited for Frisk. When she came out there was something off. Especially when I came to greet her like I did the first time.
She should have remembered me. She should have ran into my arms and wouldn't let go. She just shook my hand but not gently but very rough and firm. That's not how Frisk would have shaken my hand. She's different, She's changed. I'm going to see what she does. Give her the benefit of the doubt. Show her mercy and kindness.

Hopefully this doesn't turn into a Tragedy.

This would have came out sooner but I've been busy with school and my mom is in the hospital having a baby right now so that's also why I have been busy. I would update my Mr. Woofless story but I've been busy working on a few other stories including this one. I will work on it today though.
