Rosaline P.O.V
Once I had reached my office doors I took a moment to prepare myself for what is about to happen, because I know for a fact that as soon as these doors in front of me are open all hell is going to break loose.
Not wanting to keep the man child waiting any longer I opened the doors and strode into my office, closing the doors behind me and not even a moment passed before I heard the voice I reorganise as the one and only Miller Matthews "what took you so long?"
I ignored Millers question and walked behind my desk to sit in my chair, I guess Miller didn't like me ignoring his question "what were you doing?"
"nothing of your concern Mr Matthews, now down to the reason you requested my presence when I was busy with important business" I joined my hands together in front of me waiting patiently for Millers to say why he is here in the first place and what was so important.
While waiting for Miller to answer I looked over his features. Miller wasn't extremely tall compared to a lot of other males i know but he was tall none the less, Miller wasn't built as most people expect he to be. But he made up for his lack in muscle with his boyish looks. His blue eyes made him look more innocent than he really is and it didn't help that they stood out more against his tanned skin, which has bronzed over time with the amount of parties he hosts in sunny abroad countries. You would have never guessed that he was born with brown hair with it being as blonde as it is without looking closely.
"what is the rush? I know you like my company" he smiled and leaned forward slight in the chair.
"Mr Matthews, unlike you I have no time to spare when running my company, so if you have nothing important to tell me, I will just be going, as I have better and more important things to be doing" I pushed myself back out of my chair ready to walk out of my office.
"I will have Spencer escort you out, but by the amount of times you have been taken out you probably could do it with your eyes closed"
I was a step away from opening the doors before Miller spoke again "why did you make Hunter your heir?"
I didn't turn around I kept my eyes on the wooden door in front of me, knowing if I turned and looked at Miller that I would yell at him for putting his nose in my business "if it's all the same to you Mr Matthews, I would rather you keep questions like that to yourself"
"I didn't mean to offend you Rosa" turning around to face Miller so fast I wouldn't be surprised if I broke my neck.
"I don't recall agreeing for you to call me by any other name rather than Rosaline-Marie and even if I did say you could, I would most defiantly would not allow you or anyone else to call me by that name" every word that I said was fuelling my anger more and more, to some people they might say I'm over reacting but I always have a reason behind my actions.
"well I gave myself permission to call you by that name and you won't be able to change my mind" Miller argued back.
Wanting to argue about what Miller calls me was something I dearly wanted to do but I was taught better than that, so I changed the subject to something more important "Miller are you only here because you wanted to ask me about the heir to my company? Or was it just because you wanted to torment me when I have more important business to attend to?" I questioned, I stood up slightly straighter and clasped my hands behind my back making sure to show Miller I'm not messing around anymore with his pointless visits, if he has something important to say to me he should say it now before I call my security and make sure he is never allowed to step foot on my estate again.
