Naruto's point of view

"Argh! I have absolutely nothing to wear for tonight!" I wailed, staring at the now half empty closet.

"What do you mean? Look at the piles of clothes on the floor! There has to be something in here," Tsunade frowned.

"Yeah! I mean, this looks great!" Nagato grinned while holding up a raggedy orange jumpsuit.

"I know sarcasm when I hear it. Nagato, you're no help," I pouted.

"Well, you better find something soon, brat, or your date's going to be here and you'll just have to go as is!" Tsunade huffed.

I growled, shuffling through what was left of my clothes, trying to figure... something... out.

I shuddered as I thought of a solution, one that would get me in more trouble than this is probably worth.

"I guess it's time for... that."

Nagato gasped, "You can't mean..." I nodded solemnly, dreading the very thought of what I was about to do.

"You can't! It's suicide!" Tsunade yelled, finally realizing as I grabbed my phone.

"There's no other way," I choked out, dialing the number to my salvation and destruction.

It rang a few times before a mean voice answered.

"Naruto! I was busy, so this better be good!"

I. Was. In. Hell. Absolute Hell.

"This looks great!" Sakura squealed, holding another article clothing up to my body, seeing how it looks.

"What are you talking about, Forehead?" Ino cut in, "That is terrible! Here, go try this, Naruto!"

"You have no taste, Ino-Pig! Naruto, try this on!"

As they continued to squabble, I looked at the time, seeing how I had an hour before my date, and I was still in the mall, shopping at what seemed to be the thousandth store. The shop we were in was, to say the least, interesting. Racks of clothing, if that's what you would call them, lined almost every inch of the room, with just barely enough room to navigate. I was trying to breath as little as possible due to the strong scents that permeated the air. I was starting to feel faint and decided I'd had enough.

"I'm leaving," I told the fighting pair, watching as it fell on deaf ears. I shrugged, grabbed the load of bags from the previous stores, and started walking out. I was tired, ready to just get this date done and over with. One good thing about this whole ordeal was that it gave me a few new ideas for the gallery.

"Wait, Naruto!" one of them screamed, finally noticing I left. I cussed, quickly ducking in and out of the crowd, hoping to lose them. Only when I made it to the car, which I drove separately (thank God!), did I let out my breath. I love them, I really do, but a person can only take so much before they are done.

Sasuke's Point of View

"I have absolutely nothing to wear! I have no idea what to do! Itachi, what am I going to do?!" I shouted in frustration, throwing the article of clothing in my hand at the wall then flipping down on my bed.

"Depends. Where are you taking him?" Itachi chuckled as he came in to my room, raising an eyebrow at the mess I made.

"I was thinking something simple, like dinner and a movie."

"Then wear more casual clothing," he shrugged, "I don't think Naruto will mind."

"But what?" I glared at the ceiling.

"Just put on a nice shirt and jeans."

He started to rummage through the pile of clothing in the corner, tossing the ones he didn't like behind him, making some hit me in the process.

"Here, wear this," he said, tossing a dark blue button up shirt and some nice black jeans.

"Whatever," I mumbled, shooing Itachi out of my room and changing.

Naruto's Point of View

I nearly screamed in frustration as Sakura refused to leave, saying that she had to "size the Uchiha up". I didn't understand why when she had already met him...

"Whatever," I growled, stomping to my room. I unpacked the bags from the mall and chose an outfit. I put on a subtle orange sweater and black skinny jeans. Looking through the rest of the bags, I decided to wear the new dark blue, almost black, boots Sakura told me to buy.

Knock, knock!

"Coming!" I shouted, giving myself a quick once over before going to answer the door.

Before I even left my room, I heard Sakura open the door and greet Sasuke. I frowned, hoping she wouldn't do anything bad to screw up this date. I quickly run to the front door, grabbing my keys and tan sweatshirt before grabbing Sasuke's hand and saying bye.

"Don't question anything, just get in the car before everything registers in her mind," I say.

"NARUTO!"

I laugh, "Too late, run!"
