**saiges pov**
I opened my eyes to find Damen missing, but to hear the sound of water running. So to let him take his shower in peace I walk downstairs ti get something ti eat and drink. When j get down there I see a bunch if people, some I remember from last night and some I don't.

I tried to pass silently but as soon as I stepped off the last step Stephen turned toward me, he gave me a concerned look and then smiled.

"How are you feeling?"
A grin hit my face as I watched the younger salvatore brother.I guess he did have that good guy charm about him.
"I'm fine, I feel great."
After looking me up and down his smile
Automaticly turned into a frown as he noticed i was wearing only Damens shirt.

I sent him a look while walking over to him. "dont worry nothing happened"

He nodded and walked me over to the counter where everyone else was,

"I think you should all officially meet Saige. Saige this is Bonnie, Caroline, Matt, and Elena and Jermey."
I grinned and nod to all of them,
"I remember a few of you from last night."
I walk over to Bonnie and smiled widely,

"You helped save my life, thank you"
She grinned and held my hand,
"You really should be thanking Damen, hes the only one who even knew how to save you."

I shook my head laughing,
"Trust me, been there done that, never telling that man thanks again."

They all laughed along, well other the Stephen and Matt.
Why is it that everytime I mention Damen he gets upset? What's his deal, and Matt...everytime he even looks at me it seems he wants to rip my head off. I continue to smile then I look over to Stephen,

All this tension made me feel a little uneasy, I can always eat later, and at the moment i'd rather deal with Damens annoying cockiness then all the looks I was getting.

"I guess I'm going to shower, be back soon"
Stephen nodded and I ran back up the stairs, when I entered Damens room I bumped into something hard and kinda wet. I looked up to see Damens grey eyes smirking down at me.

I jump back alittle and he starts to laugh,
"Well good morning to you too."
I blush wildly and struggle to say anything, and I took this moment to look at Damen. He was only wearing a towel, I feel as red as a tomatoe and I attempt to speed walk past Damen. But he was faster and vamped infront of me,

"What's wrong Saige? Flustered? Nervous?"
I laughed a little and tried to continue to walk to the bathroom.

"Damen I don't have time for this, if I don't have hot water running down my face soon I'm gonna turn to dust"
He laughed and looked down at me smiling, he pushed a strain of hair behind my ear and let his hand rest on my cheek.

"Ill ask Bonnie to bring you something to wear for today, and in a few days  we'll go shopping."
I smile at him and take his hand (the one resting on my face)
And hold it for a second before I realized what I was doing. I was gazing, GAZING into his eyes. They were like little tide pools, they were just breath taking. I mean a girl could get lost in Stephen's eyes, but you could literally drown in Damens. This was too werid, I dropped his hand. Alittle too quickly apparently because as soon as I did, a pang in ky stomach told me I missed it. Heat reached my face as I looked as Damens smile fell, now replaced by his usual smirk.

"Well what are you waiting for? Go let that warm water run down your face!"
I couldn't help but chuckle as I walked into the bathroom.
What was wrong with me?
I didn't feel like this around guys...

**Damens pov**

I could still feel the heat from Saiges hand as I walked down the stairs (now fully clothed in my usual black jeans, and black v-neck)
I saw bonnie in the kitchen laughing with Matt as they "cooked" what looked like burnt pancakes, and over cooked eggs. Greatttt they're gonna scare Saige off with cancer causing food.

I walked up behind Stephen and put my arm around him,
"Hows it going brother?"
He shrugged me off with out even a secound thought.

"Oh what, please don't tell me you're upset because I stole your hero hair yesterday? Would you rather have a pile of dust that used to be saige?"
He looked at me with a hint rage in his eyes,
"Damen stop, we all get it. You did something good for once, just dont let it go to your head"
Patting my brothers back I send him a grin,

"Don't worry Stephen, it doesn't have to go to my head. Just my hair"

He sighed and left the room, leaving me with the others.
"Hey Bon Bon do you think you could run over to your house real quick and grab something for Saige to wear?"
She smiled and wipped her hands off,

"Of course, give me about ten minutes."
She grabbed her keys and made her way out the door.
It was then when I noticed Elena and Caroline watching me.

"You know I had the most wonderful dream last night, I was naked. You two would have loved it."

They sighed and rolled their eyes but they walked closer to me,
Elena looked at me with her big brown eyes.

"Damen, we're worried."
I laughed,
"About what?"
Caroline rolled her eyes again.
"isn't it obvious? About saige!"

I crossed my arms and smirked at the girls,

"Okay well why are you worried about Saige?"

Elena spoke up again,
"Because Damen, no one but you knows how to deal with her. What if she goes out of control? She could kill any of us"

I rolled my eyes,
"You guys are worrying too much, ill train with her, get her used to her vampire life. Ill teach her how to defend herself, and when the time comes Bonnie can teach her about magic."

The girls nodded at eachother then looked back at me,

"The only thing you have to worry about is when she feeds, cause for the time being until she turns 18 she has to feed off other vampires.  Her body's going to crave it like ours does human, its because until she turns 18 and her full vampire side comes out, she has to drink the blood she lacks"

Elena looks at Caroline with worried eyes when I spoke up again.

"don't worry, ill let her feed off me. Shes my responsibility, ill look after her."
Caroline grinned,
"Okay good, cause shes super pretty and I think she could be a good friend.

I laugh and start to walk to the door as I see Bonnie walking with the clothes for Saige.
