Ch. 11

[Avery]

My parents and Annabelle are going to Hawaii for vacation, they asked me to come along since I am off from school for two weeks, usually in Hawaii, even in November it's still pretty warm. BAP was also on a break from music but they were getting ready for a comeback. Yongguk was currently here at my apartment, he's told me that Zelo has been wondering where his leader/hyung has been going daily. He said, "Zelo, one day you'll know but for now, don't ask questions." which in response to what Yongguk said Zelo, Jongup and Daehyun laughed. By my calculations, Yongguk and I have been seeing each other (as friends) for two weeks and four days now. He's amazing guy, makes me smile and laugh, we tend to have breakfast and dinner together on some days. I sat down next to him and smiled.

"What's up hun?" he asked.

"Mm, my parents want me to go to Hawaii with them. It's still pretty warm there." I said looking down.

"They are your family, I'll be fine here alone. We can Facetime whenever we get the chance." he said grabbing my hand.

"I know but I don't know how long I'll be gone since I'm out of school for two weeks." I said grabbing my cup of tea.

"So, I'll be here when you return." he said hugging me.

"Are you sure?" I asked.

"Absolutely. I'm a tough man." he said making me laugh.

"Alright, I'll tell them that they can buy my plane ticket." I said smiling.

"You do that." he said tapping my arm.

Now was the best time to tell our manager where we wanted to go for vacation. I asked him if the offer of us picking where to go still stood and he replied yes, so I told him "Hawaii", he then replied alright I'll book the tickets. I saw Avery come back in from the balcony.

"So, what did they say?" I asked.

"They're booking it for tomorrow afternoon. Will you go to the airport with me?" I asked.

"Sure, I don't have a problem with that." I said smiling and grabbing her hand to pull her onto the couch and hugged her.

What she doesn't know is that in a few days she'll be seeing me again. No loss there. I received a text from our manager stating that the tickets have been booked for the day after tomorrow. I smiled.

"Was that your manager?" she asked.

"Yeah, he was telling us that our flight to Australia was booked." I lied.

"Oh okay, I guess y'all are going there for vacation?" she asked.

"Yeah, he said it was be good for us. So, I'll be keeping my mind busy until we can talk." I said hugging her again.

Whenever Yongguk hugs me, I can hear his heart beating fast. I can tell that he likes me a lot but probably wants to keep taking things slow. I'm afraid to tell him that I'm a 23-year-old virgin and it scare him off. I looked at the clock and it read midnight, wow he's been here all day.

"Shouldn't you be getting home?" I asked.

"Maybe I want to stay, I mean we are both on vacation. I just have to tell my manager and plus my family will lie if I tell them I'm seeing a beautiful girl." he said smiling.

"Who is this beautiful girl? Do I know her?" I pretended to be confused which made him smile.

"She is you silly." he said laughing.

"Oh, I know. I just wanted to hear you say it." I smiled widely.

"You want to order take-out? I know a place that's opened until two in the morning." Yongguk said going to the kitchen.

"Yeah, that's fine and we can watch movies until you decided to leave or whatever." I said walking up behind him.

"Awesome and I was thinking of staying the night. I mean since it's already late." he said making a valid point.

"I don't have any men's clothing." I said worried.

"It's fine, that's why I brought the gym bag. I have some clothes and men hygiene stuff." he said drinking his Pepsi.

"You came prepared knowing that I wouldn't mind didn't you?" I said laughing.

"Yup, I can read people and your body language plus when you asked if I'd go to the airport with you kind of already gave the answer yes to me." he said ordering take-out while I walked into the bedroom to start packing.

"Ok, you're right it was an open invitation." I said smiling.
