Parenting Problems on the Enterprise (An Enterprise Crew X reader)

You immediately react and hug Pavel. "Pavel oh my gosh I thought you were going to be dead forever and I'd never see your beautiful face again and I'm sorry I didn't confess to you my love when you did so many times I love you I love you so much I was ready to die for you but I thought they would actually let you go so I gave myself up...Pavel I'm so sorry," You say through happy tears. He kisses your face weakly.

"I'm still waking up but...Itz nice to have you as ze first person I see," He says, barely audible. You start to kiss his face all over. He moves one of his weak hands onto your hair and starts to stroke it. More tears of your happiness fall onto his soft cheeks as you kiss his lips softly. You end up laying on top of him. When you are done expressing your love, you just lay down there on top of him, snuggling in his warmth. The warmth that you almost never got to feel again.

Bones has been standing nearby the whole time. "Why is it always whenever you see this boy you start expressing your undying love for him?" He chuckles.

You smile at him, glad that he's not mad. "He's my little sweet Russian," You hug Pavel as if claiming him as yours, and nobody else's. Bones laughs again.

"I think we can leave these three in there to just have some time..." Kirk says, and Bones nods. They both walk out, leaving you, Pavel, and Sulu by yourselves.

"Soo...what do you want to do?" Sulu asks you guys. Pavel shrugs. Then you remember.

"Hey guys have you ever played the PlayStation?"

They both shake their heads. "No what is it?" Sulu asks as he helps Pavel sit up. You smile. PlayStation was a very popular game for people of any age to play. They had discontinued making them because the business had gone out of business temporarily, but Bones had kept his old one from when he was a kid. You run over to the cabinet that Bones had shown you. And, as expected, the PlayStation was sitting right there with 3 controllers on top of it.

You run it back to the room to show your friends. The receiver is quite small, no bigger than a wallet. It was the last version of the PlayStation they had released, the PlayStation 9.5. All the controllers were wireless but resembled the old PlayStation controllers which consisted of four buttons on one side, two joysticks, and four arrow keys on the left. There were also some buttons on the top.

You give both Sulu and Pavel a controller. "So what game?" Pavel asks. You turn it on. A holographic screen pops up above it. You grab your controller and see what games Bones has downloaded. Nascar, NCAA Football, and Hockey. You laugh inside. Bones must have had a lot of fun when he had this as a kid. "NASCAR!" Pavel yells.

"Sure," You say with a smile. You use your controller to pick the Nascar game. The game is obviously old, because of the way the cars are made. But you pick a raceway to race with Pavel and Sulu on.

Basically, every time you hit another car, or spin out, there is a yellow flag. It stops the game for a bit and re-lines all the cars. Then you can go back to racing. Sulu cannot drive his car worth crap, and so a lot of yellow flags are called when he accidentally hits one of you. Finally this happens so much that you just go to the practice course where you could flip over and all you had to do was click 'reset car' to be all good again. You, Pavel, and Sulu and go and race the way you want to (aka: Try to blow up each other's car).

Everything was going very well until some random Red Shirt walked in. You released a stress ball that you had been keeping handy on you at him. He dodges easily (you aren't throwing as hard as you could) and walks up to you all, who are gathered around Pavel's bed.

"The Captain needs all of you. Now," He says.

You roll your eyes. "Why?"

"Dunno. Just sent me to come get you."

"Oh great," You say. So you turn off the PlayStation and put it and the controllers back with it too. When you come back, Sulu is helping Pavel stand up. You run away quickly and bring back a wheelchair. Pavel sits down in it and gives you great thanks. It's a bit of pain to push him around everywhere, but since you are a super-strength being, it's not too bad. When you go up the turbo lift and get up to the bridge, Kirk is pacing, obviously worried about something.

"What is it, Captain?" You ask him as you roll Pavel onto the bridge. All his friends come to see him and you are left next to Jim.

He sighs. "Jay, you know how you set off the alarm in that business? Or whatever the hell it was?"

"Umm...yes? The only reason I didn't try to find another solution to getting out of there is because I knew that someone would hear the alarm above the surface and word would get to the Federation," You shift uncomfortably.

He looks you intensely in the eyes. "That's exactly what happened. When we captured the kid Pavel over there after they shot him, we barely got away without the alarm. We smashed something and then that disabled the alarm. Obviously they repaired it pretty soon, because it was set off when you went up."

"Well isn't it a good thing that the Federation found them? So that their evil plans are spoiled?" You ask, puzzled.

"Yes. In a way. But from the reports I've looked at, that boy, your brother, has not hesitated to tell them everything. He's mentioned that you're here. With us. It's not as good as you'd think," He says, a worried look in his eyes.

"I-I...Are you going to tell the Federation about me?" You choke out.

Kirk pats you on the back and tips up your chin so that you are looking at his deep blue eyes. "Jay, for the record, I would quit Star-fleet if it meant you'd be safe."

You feel warmed by the support of your Uncle figure. You kind of stand there, awestruck, when Kirk says, "Come here you!" And hugs you.

You give yourself into the hug, glad that you had someone that would do that for you.
